Max Axiom books are one of my favorite non-fiction series for kids. The graphic novel layout will appeal to even the most reluctant readers, and the information is done in a memorable easy to follow way. Some of the topic's covered are: the importance of light, what light can do, different ways we can observe light, what can we do with it, and how we can conserve energy with light.
