This is a fantastic pregnancy guide filled with well-researched, and well-explained advice. It's an incredibly easy to read book, and is an incredibly reasonable price, as well. There's a great level of detail, covering the dos and don'ts of your pregnancy journey week by week, along with what to expect after the birth, too, which I think is a very thoughtful addition. I highly recommend giving this a go if it's something which interests you as it's a brilliant book, and has clearly been put together with a great deal of care. 5/5!
