I was obsessed with tempting Klaus so when I found out there is another story about one of my favorite forbidden couples I was excited to be back!!!

If you like forbidden/taboo romances with a hot, tatted silver fox daddy then this short & sweet novella is just for you!!

Screaming with how my I loved this book👏🏼

Tempting Klaus was by far my favourite novella in the Risqué Reads series and I was over the moon excited when Ashlee announced we were getting another novella of Belle and Klaus🥺 Honestly I could read about these two all day🤌🏻

Well what to expect?? Well if you have read the risqué reads series you would know these novellas have little plot and all about the spice😮‍💨 This book picks up about a month after tempting Klaus and all I can say is Changing Room and Cigar Lounge because I needed a cold shower after reading those chapters😅

Klaus and his filthy mouth are back and better, but I love how confident Belle has become and we can definitely see a difference between Belle in Tempting Klaus and Belle in this novella.💅

Honestly why are you still reading this review when you could be reading this novella.. 👀

I was so excited to get more Klaus and Belle and after their first book I knew this was going to be another spicy little number and my god it didn’t disappoint! We are back with klaus and belle and they are finally together but they have to face Stanley, Belle ex husband and Klaus’ son for his birthday dinner. These 2 together are incredible their chemistry radiates off the pages! And I love the confidence Belle has now that she’s with Klaus he’s really brought out her bad bitch side and I’m here for it! 👏🏼

And let me just say the cigar lounge scene…. OH MY GOD!!! Hottest scene ever!

This is a quick, age gap, father in law, very spicy Valentine’s Day read.
You do need to read “tempting Klaus” first before this one.

Valentine Belle by Ashlee Rose is the seventh book in the Riqsue Reads series and is a quick spicy read featuring the characters from Tempting Klaus! While it is a standalone book, for the best reading experience, it is strongly advised to read Tempting Klaus first.

This book picks up soon after Tempting Klaus and we see beginnings of Klaus and Belle’s relationship and features the best recipe for a hot romance: a good age gap, good chemistry between the characters and a hint of taboo – did I mention Klaus is Belle’s father in law?

The story follows them as they prepare to attend Klaus’ sons birthday dinner a few weeks after that fun family Christmas we see in Tempting Klaus. It just so happens that the very son whose dinner they are planning to attend is Belle’s estranged husband Stan – let’s be honest Stan fumbled it so bad that he deserves all that comes his way.

A hot and heavy shopping trip, coupled with a playful birthday dinner to distract a nervous Belle and then a little after dinner show in the mens lounge of the restaurant makes this book one of the hottest in the risqué reads series and my ultimate favourite!

The ending has been left as on the drive home Klaus and Belle open up and confess their most wild fantasies to one another, with Klaus making a silent promise to turn Belle’s into a reality.

If you’re looking for a quick naughty read then this is the book for you. It was very hot, to the point and the characters are just perfect for one another and I for one cannot wait to read all about the fantasies that Klaus and Belle indulge in – whether it’s another Risque Reads story, a bigger novella or a full-length book – I am here for it all!

I am all for taboo eroticas, when they’re made well. And, I guess, this is how you know it wasn’t that well done.

First of all the characters seem so weird and lowkey unrealistic. It’s like they’ve been written to lust after each other but then try to justify the lust and excuse it as romance and love, even though it’s not. And on top of that, the way they just keep disrespecting the fact that she is still legally married is so stupid… it seems like the writer is excusing cheating. And it’s even worse when you think about how the leads are attending parties with people who know them and her husband, and then they fucked each other in front of her still-husband and other guests.

The sex was also written in a mediocre way. There were barely any stimulating or thrilling details and descriptions. Often times, the smut felt rushed and repetitive, which was boring to read.

Personally, not rereading this at any point of my future, or recommending it to others… unless they wanted to read something short and erotic, and if they don’t care about the logic or lack thereof within/for this narrative.

Ashlees Risqué reads just get better and better. Every time I finish one I think - fav yet! This one blew my mind, made me blush and left me, honestly, horny AF. I inhaled this!!

We met Klaus at Christmas in Tempting Klaus. (You do need to read that first, you have time to catch up though) When his son & wife, Belle, came to stay with him for the holiday. Stuck in a loveless marriage Belle was ignored, even still having her innocence. So daddy Klaus.. stepped up!!
Valentine Belle is set a month later, leading up to her birthday (included in the time frame is the Husband, Stan’s birthday.)

The changing room scene had me sweating.
The dinner had me panting,
And that cigar room made me a squealing mess. But that ending finished me off. Damn! Ashlee can write spice!!!

I’ll wait patiently for the fantasy Ashlee..

This is 50pages of toe curling smut! Do not read her Risqué reads expecting lots of plot (sometimes not any) youve been warned.

I definitely advise reading Tempting Klaus before this one. This book starts off not long after the end of the first book and Belle and Klaus are planning to go to his son’s birthday dinner. Yes that very same son Belle’s husband. But in all fairness Stan deserves everything he gets!

The chemistry and the spice between Belle and Klaus is on a whole other level. This book may only be 50 pages but it’s 50 pages of pure smut.

So I’m just sat here waiting for Ashlee to give us this fantasy she promised.

I highly recommend this you can thank me later!

Holy cow! I thought kepting Klaus was spicy but this one just 🤯🤯🤯🤯

This book is so good if you are looking for a lot of plot don’t look here. This one is for the girls like me who want very little plot and all spice and man did this book bring it. I want more, Klaus and Belle are just so fun to read about and love that everyone is supportive of them and not judgmental. I also have to talk about the fact the Stan is just so dumb, like man you had your chance and in the words of your dad “you had her at your mercy and you gave her up” so just stop trying your embarrassing yourself 🤣 also we we don’t get a book about them exploring their fantasies I will riot!

If I could scream it to the rooftops on how this couple has me stacked into a vice that I never want to leave. You first get a glimpse of Klaus and Belle in Tempting Klaus. Belle is technically the daughter in law of Klaus. Their relationship picks up in this novella and the smut just keeps getting better each time. The birthday party scene and after party in the bar when Stan walks down. I literally died alittle and thought to myself serves that man right.


This couple needs to continue on ASAP. I support another round of them just to get the fantasy told to us. Ashlee, I have loved this series from the very beginning! Keep doing you!! I’ll support you all the way to the end.

Love the romance between klaus and belle so much and very spicy between klaus and belle and love that we get to meet Stan’s mum Cassandra and I still don’t like Stan belle’s ex husband and love that klaus wants to spoil belle with luxuries like dresses, shoes and jewellery in the book and love that klaus treats belle a lot better than Stan did and I love that belle was very open with Cassandra at Stan birthday do but overall I love this book and it was a quick spicy read and love reading anything written by Ashlee rose and love this series and I really like that klaus and belle talked about there fantasy’s for the bedroom

I love how much Belle’s confidence has grown since being with Klaus, she’s truly become one bad ass. Now of course this is a short read and I don’t want to give anything away just know this book is pure smut and I’m here for it!! If you’re into age gap, taboo, forbidden, and smut then this book is for you.

We were first introduced to Belle in Tempting Klaus, where she was in an unhappy marriage to her husband and started an affair with her sexy silver fox father in law. Now her and Klaus are happily together and looking forward to spending Valentines together.

This is a short novella perfect for spending Valentines with. The spice in this is off the charts 🥵 I got to read the ARC for this and was hooked again with Belle and Klaus from the beginning!

This book follows Tempting Klaus, so be sure to have read that one first to find out why Belle is cheating on Stanley with his own father. It's Stan's fault, of course. There is a possible sequel to this book if enough readers answer yes to wanting this couple's fantasy to play out. Yes! This is an age gap, father in law, very spicy short story and I would 100% recommend reading Tempting Klaus before reading this.

We are back with the hot as hell Klaus and the now strong confident Bella as we see how their relationship has blossomed and what they are upto now. We see what happens when they attend a birthday meal for Stanley and one word for him: weasel!! (I can’t say the other 😆)

This book 🔥 I would recommend reading tempting Klaus first just so you know a little bit about them. These two are definitely my favourite couple of the risqué read collection.

The cigar lounge scene was the best thing I’ve ever read it was 🔥 but also funny because of Stan.

Wow this Valentine novella was filled with sweet moments and a lot of spice. It was very nice to see more of Klaus and Belle’s story and get a tiny look of how others feel about their relationship. I love that Klaus knows what he has and cherishes it as well as how confident he makes Belle feel about her sexuality. He encourages her to think of her fantasies and make her feel comfortable with wanting to explore.

Okay, this is the perfect novella. It has love and passion, and honestly, it's just a sexy read. This is the perfect valentine's read and I could not recommend it more. I have read so many other books by Ashlee, and if you loved any of those, you will love this one.

Overall I'd definitely read this book again and I would recommend this book for fans of other romance books. I have received this ARC for an honest review, all thoughts/ opinions above are my own.
