Never Leave 2: The Story of Knowledge Toussaint
The first installment was wicked, emotional, deep, and calculated; however, somewhere in between, love prevailed but it didn’t come easy as Knowledge Toussaint allowed us deep into his world as he cohorts his therapist, Mrs. Rini in one of the most prestigious ways. The ending… 😭knowledge really cannot catch a break! I liked that there was more background of the characters but I can’t help but wonder when Knowledge and Paris will stop playing. The chemistry and foundation is there. Knowledge is truly a selfless individual and he deserves all the good things. S. Yvonne is a storyteller!!👏🏾

Knowledge’s life story keeps pulling us in deeper❣️
Knowledge’s story picks up where Book 1 left off & just when we think all the puzzle pieces fit, more is added & the continuous pattern of unexpected paths crossing & missing links goes even deeper. Yet again we’re pulled in & it’s an entertaining ride - a real life adventure of what could happen if you came into the world dealt a hand like the one Knowledge was dealt. Will you feel compassion for him or will you judge him for surviving all he was up against…Personally, I need more… can’t wait for Book 3!

Part 2 was a good story and I felt so bad for Sugar…..book 1 is still my favorite. I knew Knowledge had a lot going on but I really do feel bad for Sugar.

Mrs Rini aka as Paris was shocked to see Knowledge show up in Jamaica. That shock were off when she learn that being Knowledge Therapist was deeper than she knew. Knowledge got closed to her to get revenge on her husband. Mrs Rini knew her husband as Patrick but it didn't take her long to realize her husband was Courtney. The man who cause Knowledge to experience one of the most traumatic events in his life. I understood why Courtney killed Trice but Knowledge didn't give a damn. Especially since he was a kid who witnessed Courtney murder his mother Trice in front of him and that was unforgivable. One thing Courtney didn't lie about was that Knowledge do have a little sister. Although Paris feels some type of way about what Knowledge did to her husband because she knows there's going to be some backlash. She can't deny her feelings for Knowledge. I love Knowledge and Boogey relationship. When Boogey told Knowledge about him and his mother past. Knowledge had a better understanding of why and how his mother got hooked on drugs. He also knew his mother was the only woman Boogey have ever truly loved. It was very admirable that Knowledge gave Boogey a kidney and he did it without question. Knowledge already lost one parent and wasn't about to lose another one. As cold hearted as he is. When it comes to Boogey and Suga. That is when you see the human side of Knowledge. Suga knows something is going on with Knowledge. She feel the shift in their relationship. I believe he love Suga the best way he knows how but Knowledge holds resentment toward Suga for purposely getting pregnant knowing her health isn't the best and in the end. His biggest fear came true. Knowledge was already dealing with a lot of trauma from the past. I don't know how he's going to deal with what happened to Suga

Wow this story just keeps getting better, so happy that Knowledge and Booney found out that they were indeed father and son which made their bond that more stronger. Suga should have listened to her doctors and Knowledge about having a baby but she wanted to experience that feeling, it's sad that she will not be able to see her daughter grow up, I hope Knowledge doesn't resent the little girl because he told Suga if she didn't survive he would have a hard time loving the baby because he would have felt it took her away from him so I'm hoping he has a change of heart.
Now after all these years why would Sassa pop back up she must have thought that Booney would have been missing her so much that he would welcome her back with open arms too bad for her because Booney has found his next wife and I can tell she's no joke.

Why?! Just WHY did the talented, brilliant, calculating, Authoress S.Yvone leave us hanging like this? When I say she told a story, she left no stones unturned! The back story of Trice, Courtney and Booney was simply amazing! Astounding, even! Trice was that girl! Although she had her demons, she had a lot of wisdom! Knowledge is a lot like her in many ways but we can’t ignore his keen ways similar to Booney as well. I don’t want to give away too much, but I’m hoping part 3 introduces Miss Keturah! I’m also curious to know if Knowledge nurse was who I think she was! Ooh and can’t ignore Suga!!! Lawd!!!!!!!!!! Just why?!

Knowledge is about to emotional and unhinged and that's a dangerous combination. I don't trust Paris it's something off about her. She and Knowledge are too close. Sasha had the audacity to show her face at Booney's house. Then for her to say it was her duty, chick please your an ex for a reason. Suga knew in her heart something wasn't right between her and Knowledge. I pray that Knowledge finds sister because they will have so many questions. I know Trice didn't leave any letters. Ms. Missy was Knowledge nurse during his hospital stay. Booney and Ms.Sanaa are going to marry. Baby girl still,doesn't have a name, I feel Knowledge is going to name her after his mama and Suga

I don’t know how much more my heart came take …..
Booney was the realest and his love for his son is unmatched. Trice was doing what she could to better for herself and her son. Her start to life made my heart break for her and Booney too. He tried his best to be there but she just couldn’t fight off those demons. But from a distance he was there ALWAYS!
What I loved most about Suga and Knowledge relationship is how honest he is. Suga know she was wrong as hell to get pregnant with what she had going on. It was selfish and sneaky. She was a sweet girl that had been through a lot and the only thing that keeps her sane was Knowledge. I have a feeling how the finale is doing to go but let’s find out !

I’m stunned.
I feel like I’ve read this book before but I know I haven’t. 🤦🏾♀️
So this is the continuation of Knowledge’s story. Here we see him put his foot down with Booney to get the medical care needed. I’m so happy how that turned out. Also, Booney interacting with someone new gave me all the feels. He deserves someone to care for him the way he really needs it. I felt like Suga made a poor decision to be a mom based on her medical history. I’m eager to know if she survives birth, but I have a strong inclination that she won’t and Knowledge will end up with Paris. I’m also impatiently waiting to find out if he gets the people following Paris. Can’t wait to dig into book 3!!!

I had a feeling....
I feel like the story was aligning in the direction it ended. It was being set up for the space to be occupied by the therapist.
It seems like Knowledge takes hit after hit.
I can't wait for the next book, I hope my guy get some steady wins and find the rest of his family. I'm so glad that was a Win though, I shot my hand in the air, and everything. That's how powerful this book move you. I'm also really hoping he can love on his and not resent her. Can't wait for the next book!!

Just know I’m on the floor, laid TF out.
This authors pen game is chefs kiss. The story just gets better and better. Kinda sad about Suga but if I’m being honest, I wanted knowledge to get with Paris and fall so deep in love. While he and Suga held each other down he wasn’t in love w/ her and I would love to see Paris bring him to his knees and give him wat Suga never could.
I’m hoping the next book can make that happen but I know I won’t be disappointed either way cuz this story is just too good. We shall see

It felt like Knowledge just wanted to be done with Suga. I feel like the author is trying to build chemistry between Knowledge and Paris but it’s just not there for me.
Courtney said Trice always had Knowledge tucked away but in Book 1, Knowledge expressed that she took him everywhere with her. That’s why he saw too much at a young age.

I know this book didn’t just end like this 😭😭…..this series thus far have been by far an exceptional read however I’m sitting here clutching my pearls with tears in my eyes hoping and praying this isn’t the end for suga & knowledge. Don’t want to ruin it for anyone who haven’t read the series yet but I’m sitting here patiently waiting on part 3 to be released cause i have wayyy too many questions 🤔

Wow, I feel for knowledge. He knew the possibilities with Suga having his baby, which was one of the reasons he had a hard time accepting it. I feel for Suga, but she knew the odds, and I think she wanted Knowledge to have someone to really open his heart and also a piece of her.

Cliffhanger! Our guy Knowledge really handled business in “Never Leave 2.” He took lives, saved lives, created life, he is one of a kind! He got close to Mrs. Rimi because she was related to his mark. At least that’s how it started out. Knowledge is, however, loyal to Suga, and she to him. I know where the ledge is,and we will not fall off, so we shall wait patiently for book three!

Looking for the rainbow
Where is the rainbow at the end of all this storming? This gave a lot of back story. It seems like the opps in this story are the people who he loves. Knowledge didn’t only go through it at a young age he seems to be going through it in adulthood. I hope this next book brings him some joy to his like this is becoming depressing having to see him in so much turmoil

Too Good
Damn I had a feeling something was going to happen to Suga during birth, but I also feel she felt it too. That's why she wanted to have that baby so bad. Poor Knowledge, now he's left with a baby girl, but I have a feeling him and Paris are going to be together. Knowledge Toussaint! This second part had me intrigued. Just like part one, lots happening in his life. With Booney and Suga being an important part of his life he has so much to endure. I enjoyed how once again the Author kept the storyline flowing. The ending was phenomenal. Can't wait for the next book

Decent Read
This book was okay. I liked reading about his mom background but Knowledge got on my nerves this time around. That everyone gone move how I say move or be killed attitude worked my nerves bad. The story is being dragged longer then it should but we will see what’s next.

Ready for Part 3
I do love this storyline. I guess because it is from a male viewpoint who does not mince words. I read previous reviews before reading the story and I thought I knew what to expect but I was wrong. The author did a very good job keeping me interested and not wanting to put the story down until I finished. Just like Part I, I am so ready for Part III.

I'm ready for part 3.
Oh no!!! I didn't think Suga wasn't gonna make it. I feel so bad for Knowledge. He may not have been in love with her but loved it her. Ms. Missy knew who Knowledge was. I hope meets his sister soon. I'm so happy that Booney was his bio dad. Paris and Knowledge have this connection. Let's see how this plays out
Oh no!!! I didn't think Suga wasn't gonna make it. I feel so bad for Knowledge. He may not have been in love with her but loved it her. Ms. Missy knew who Knowledge was. I hope meets his sister soon. Oh my! What an explosive filled storyline. I so love the characters and the drama that comes along with them. Knowledge is really being forced to face emotions. The urgency of the people that he cares so much for is more than what he's willing to lose. How will fatherhood look on Knowledge?

My goodness!! That ending!!!
My goodness! That ending was so unexpected and my heart bleeds for Knowledge. I don't know how he's coming back from this or if he's gonna step up and be the best man that he can be after this. His worst fear came true and now, héll has to live with the consequences. But will he do it without resentment? Can't wait to see what happens next.
