Office romcom/Christmas Kink 😉
This was a spicy Christmas delight! I absolutely love the internal monologue of Stella Grae’s characters, gave me some really good laughs in this short and sweet novella.
In this book: office crush, hidden desires, dom/sub, Christmas kink, storage room shenanigans, duel POV, laughs and some seriously steamy situations!
This is a real quick read but so much fun! It’s really refreshing to read a story about two 40 somethings getting together and discovering their kink. So I definitely recommend this 100%! Many thanks to Stella Grae for giving me the opportunity to read a review this fab little book!

Taylor had always considered co-worker Spencer a fine, upstanding gentleman. Firmly in the friend zone, unless she could convince him to take a chance on her. Then one day over business lunch, Spencer's slip of the tongue leads to a proposition that's too hard to pass up. It won't be simply co-workers with benefits. It will be two people who want to explore the DOM/sub side of things, for one month. And boy do they explore!
The author keeps the banter strong and the sexy exploits coming, in every way possible. As Taylor and Spencer's connection deepens, so do their appetites, and soon they are pushing the limits of office policy and public decency. I liked that they still kept their friendship respectful. A definite read if you're up for learning a few new tricks this seasoned reader had never even heard of! I will never look at breakfast pastries the same!

This novella is one quick and spicy read! Readers who love a short read, should pick up a copy of this one now. This novella makes the perfect stocking stuffer read. What I love about Stella is that she writes her characters as mature and older in live. They are wiser but this does not mean boring. Nope. The second time around is the charm.
Taylor and Spencer are adorable. The way that they flirted with each other was both sweet and heat. They had a bit of awkwardness in the beginning, but they quickly got over that fast. Each intimate encounter was HOT. Um, that one scene in the restaurant!

I love that these are older characters who are experimenting with each other in (and out) of the bedroom. It's a steamy short with plenty of flirting and fun.
This entire story takes place within the month of December, but you could read it at any time throughout the year. While it's not heavy on the holiday spirit, it would be a great little read to curl up with by the fire or next to the Christmas tree as well.
