Retribution Quest : Austin Blake Book 1
On a picture-perfect early-summer day, Preacher Austin Blake’s life changed forever. Upon returning home from a trip, he learns that his wife has passed away while he’s been gone.
Shocked by the news, and distraught at not being able to say goodbye, Austin’s grief is too much to bear. Suddenly unsure of the power of his religious belief, he sets out on a journey to anywhere that the painful memories can’t find him.

Former gun fighter Austin Blake is just sort of wandering after the death of his wife by illness. Then he comes upon a switch station where it looks like everyone has been murdered, including a young lady. That young lady was Susie's mother. Now Austin has a little girl to look after while they trail the 3 murderers. The gang is headed to Denver where the leader assures the other two this is a can't miss scam that is plnned. Turns out it is a can miss. This was a very interested story and the door was left open for even more action.
