Ok but why India had me in unexpected tears? This is an erotica! I was not ready for the plot to take a turn and bring the drama. Lukah and Kabrea definitely were on a different level and there was a lot of unexpected unhinged behavior from hacker bae. I had me some cackles.

This was the cutest, sexy story. I love the way Lukah just broke down every barrier Brea put up in front of him. He wasn't letting anything get in the way of his destiny but he also wasn't going to put up with her pushing away what they both needed. I understood Kabrea's hesitation, and I would say I identify, but love can happen when you get out of your own way and she did.

Lukah was just straight nasty but in the best possible way. BDE to the fullest... Did not play about his woman. He was real enough to know he was not ready for her when they first met. I was done when he sent emerald dress home in Uber after the date to take KaBrea home. I was happy to see Brea fight to get past all of her past hurts and move forward with him.. But it's fuck Aria and that pickme shit..Oh LaMona really WTF... Great read happy it didn't end with engagement or baby...Ready for book 3 and maybe 4 and 5 daddy need a book too..

Lukah and KaBrea together were a walking sex addiction and I wasn’t mad at them. I loved that they both had an insatiable appetite for one another and only for each other. Me personally, I can’t imagine having sex as much as they did per day, much less per week, but I enjoyed reading about it, lol.
Though Lukah was the youngest of the Calavarie brothers, he was pretty emotionally mature; even with the trauma he lived with surrounding his mother. He was patient with KaBrea and her indecisiveness that was rooted in fear. He was a man that knew what, or should I say who, he wanted and he went after KaBrea and applied that pressure. She didn’t stand a chance.
Their story was nasty (in a good sexual way) and cute (in a romantic way). The reason for taking away 1.5 stars is due to the misspellings, incorrect word usage, and inconsistent details peppered throughout the book. For example, in one sentence, the author described Lukah’s height as 5’9” but a few pages later, his height changed to 6’0”. These issues, at times, interrupted the flow of reading for me.

We meet Lukah and KaBrea who have known each other for the longest time and nursed feelings for each other but on KaBrea's end, she doesn't want to pursue anything with Lukah because of his known track record as a ho. Lukah sets to show KaBrea that he is the man for her.
I know the author gave gentle reminders at the start of this book for people who didn't like erotica but I've read my fair share of African American erotica and this is so subpar that it hurts. I wasn't expecting the plot to be this weak. I'd say the author tried in writing the sex scenes but every other thing apart from these scenes fell through and it seemed quite amateurish.
The major plot was the sex these two main characters were having which the author took a lot of time and space to write but anything beside that was written hurriedly, for instance the part where the Calavarie brothers' mother was introduced and she was sick with cancer all of a sudden: from where to where?
I'm not even going to talk about the typographical errors.

Lukah wanted Kabrea from the beginning chillleeeee. But he had a few personal issues to work through. The smack down at her birthday party had me screaming my man my man my man lol. Lukah did have a wild past but they were doing a lot of flirting to be just friends lol.
I love how Lukah changed his ways and applied straight pressure. I enjoyed this read. It was sexy, aggressive, erotic and wild. Lukah played no games and broke down every wall and barrier Brea put up. Lukah was my type of crazy. Go crazy about me stank😘. Don’t get me wrong I understood Kabrea's reservations to opening up her heart but baby the heart wants what the heart wants.
Lukah was the epitome of a lil freak lol but I’m ready for book 3.

Ok, it gave everything EROTICAAAA. short, cute and straight to the point. When the author say it’s slot of sex, ITS ALOTTTT OF SEXXXX 😫. I had to skip some pages, not because it was bad or anything but I’m like is the whole book gonna be of two main characters humping each other, every where they go lol. The movie theater scene what got me, I’m like these two is getting it down in the theater wtf 😳…then boom, the scene of his mother coming back because she was dying then dropped the bomb of them having a sister after all these years was kinda f*up 🤯.. but overall i thoroughly enjoyed the book, im glad Lukah and kabrea finally got it together 😍

Pretty Nasty lol

I’m glad that it wasn’t as much back & forth like the first one! Lukah was that man that knew what he wanted. He let it be known but also waited til he knew he was done playing around so that earns my respect!!! Brea was HIGHLY conflicted! I know she was scared but her ex didn’t have anything to make a person wanna settle in my opinion so she knew she was foul! She also let ANY LITTLE THING stop her & I’m glad he put his foot down! At first I didn’t care to hear Noah’s story but I’m a little eager! Also ms. rainbow???? The mom’s truth was sad but didn’t make anything better. On to book 3

When you move out of your way
This story reminds me that sometimes we can self sabotage and cost us a good thing. I can understand the MFC reluctance but her stubborn ways almost costed her a good man.
