Two for the price of one, especially when buying second hand. There's a lot more interesting stuff in the Elysium book than in the Anarch Cookbook though. The former has loads of great deep lore and crunchy rules expansions, as well as new traits, Merits and Flaws and Backgrounds and am giving this a four rating mostly for the stuff in this half of the book. Whereas the latter is more surface level without much bite, a real shame, but useful none the less.
