“I loved it,” Sonya R, Kindle Reader.
“One of the best and most fun books that I’ve read recently.” Qwellen, Kindle reader.
The first three books of this series are very enjoyable. The characters are likeable, but have some conflicts among themselves. The plots are well thought out and are clever. I would recommend these books to anyone looking for a cozy read.
A humorous cozy mystery series that is set in the Louisiana bayous. This one is book three and it is the best one yet, though all of them are very good. The action in this installment is fast and plentiful with twists you won't believe. The characters and animals will draw you in and keep you there.
This is the first book I have read by this author. I really enjoyed it. It had everything I like in a cozy mystery...... Love, murder, A hero and some animals to help keep the story fun.
This was a fun cozy mystery that left me guessing once again whodunit. With new friendships, new growth in relationships, fun lettering art, and tasty southern treats, I found this book to be another page turner.
I have read the first three books of this cozy mystery series and enjoyed them very much. The characters are likeable, and the stories are well plotted. The stories really give you the flavor of Louisiana. I look forward to continuing the series.
Another fun installment of this series. I'm really enjoying reading them all. In this one, the stakes are higher because Buck's in trouble, which makes it fun. And like all good cozies, it all works out in the end. Yay.
This book had a lot of sleuthing around! Lol There was a lot of sneaking about and bravery to be had bu our main cast of regular characters in this one! I never set this one down at all. Read it from cover to cover in one shot. Lol Enjoy!
Love this series of books. I have never been to Louisiana but I can picture the sight and sounds from Lisa’s expressive writing. And love the food references.
This is a good political era read. When I got too worked up in real life, all I had to do was read a chapter or two to get into another time and place.
I loved this cosy book! I needed a palette cleanser and this was PERFECT for that! I love the characters and their relationships, the banter and the sarcasm
