Josh’s dream of traveling Mythelore hunting monsters with his Misfits is hanging by a thread.
Candour, the mysterious spymaster, has devious plans and Melody Delaney is about to throw a spanner in the works with her volatile temper along with her undying devotion to her friends.
Where there’s trouble, there’s also opportunity. If Josh can persuade her to join his team, she would add a new dimension to their monster hunting capabilities. If only Josh could navigate the perilous water of Mythelore’s political houses while adding to his team, he might still get his dream.
But there is at least one more pressing matter - he has to find a way to destroy the largest monster to ever attack the land. Preferably without dying because boy he's got a lot to live for!

Rushed ending
Alternate universe, LitRPG light, magic, base building, harem adult situations
Josh and his ladies and friends face even more monsters. Oddly, near the end, Elowen disappears without explanation and it's written like Josh has five women instead of six, only for her to reappear in the last few pages. One villain, Zendrod, after two and a half books becomes Vendrod. Some spelling errors crept in as well that a spell check would have revealed, subtly giving the ending a rushed feeling. This in no way felt like a series finale, but rather that time got away from the author to meet the publication deadline. Still, distinct characters and absorbing story, we still don't know what is beyond the mountains, and Josh has a lot more levels to gain. Interested in reading book 4.

With Josh becoming king an adding another two wives total of 5 so far .
With Josh adding another wife up to 5 now . Trying to stay alive with the only way to get stronger and level up is by talking damage and enduring pain . With fighting monsters on a daily basis forming the guild called the misfits an becoming king of the country he lives in an preventing war on his Coronation day . He sets out to find out for the attack on one of the province .recommend reading excellent series .

Another Great Book!
Josh and his growing harem embarked on an incredible series of adventures loaded with action a stolen moments of hot sexy times. Fighting a laviathan, meeting a snake god and a dragon. All part of a battle to end Ravenheart s meddling and evil! Do yourself a favor and read this series.

Good story interesting
Good story overall. Interesting concept in switching the power plan. Harem ever present but not in way of the story. Some of the characters still have some secrets to be laid bare so should have some surprises in next book. Looking forward to it.

Very intriguing story set in a marvelous world
Wow, didn't see that ending coming and the author did a fantastic job of keeping the reader off guard. The characters are terrific and so much fun to spend time with. The humor is wonderful!!!

Damm I finished this series
Great story in three books. The space start was great. Finishing with the escape pod. Then the gorgeous lady whoo! And that was the start of book one and the story got better from there 😀

Overall, I enjoyed the characters and their adventures. The world and lore felt fairly well flushed out and the dialogue felt organic.

Great story
I really enjoyed the fact that it was teamwork and tactics that kept winning the day. It gives the story a more real feel and made sense of how things ended
