I can truly say this was an amazing story. I was hooked from the very start. I read it quickly to get to the 2nd and the 3rd book. The love story in this book was so amazing and makes you wanna hope that you have one like it someday. I did love the Egyptian side of it. This was the first time i had read a book with an Egyptian theme and with reincarnation. The spice was nice and very well written it felt real and not forced or overly dramatic like some you read now days. Shelly did an absolutely fantastic job writing this. This is the first book i have read of hers and can not wait to consume books 2 &3.

Do you believe in reincarnation? This story is amazing!! Sabi finds out who she truly is... her father and husband have been reincarnated .. .. Sabi is in college in Cairo, Egypt.. she and her classmates are on an excavation site. The Professor and Sabi ex boyfriend Damon are also there.. Damon and the professor are also reincarnated.. but who are they? Who is Horus and Anpu to Sabi??

Enduring Love

Spanning 3000 years. The love tale of Gods. I read this story straight through, not knowing what will come next! Complex Characters and multiple world buildings made it riveting. A bit of spice, but appropriate to the setting. Highly Recommended.

A love that defies everything

If you love mythology and a mix of supernatural like me, you'll fall in love with this one. The fact that the author has the definition of some phrases used in the book translated and with a meaning that involves you more with the story. Can't wait to read the second book!. Definitely recommended it for anyone that loves fantasy, mythology and paranormal content.

Egyptian Monster Romance

Excellent monster romance inspired by Egyptian myth and prehistory. I enjoyed that the fmc was an archeology student, and though it was never mentioned in the novel, I think she was there as an exchange student to study Ancient Egypt. She gave me foreigner vibes. Also, for such a short book, the sex scenes are very good.

Fun read

I enjoyed the story, though it is short. It has been a while since I've touched Egyptian based stories. The story could use more meat to it, I found it quite enjoyable. It is an introductory novel and I hope to read more from the author.

Wonderful quick story!

This quick read was too quick for me! My only complaint is that I wish it was longer and more descriptive. The FMC is easy to cheer on for and her finding her identity and hidden powers was fun to figure out with her! She is strong, determined, and very relatable. This was a very fast-paced but enjoyable read

As much as I loved the mythology and the Arabic sentences, I did felt like there wasn't a real plot... Yes she needs to remember but everything happens in a matter of two/three pages, where I think it could have easilly been a 300+ pages book. It was still a nice read

I absolutely LOVED this Egyptian short romance story about Anubis and Sabi! Anubis was looking for the reincarnation of his long lost love and found her in Sabi. Together they would fight to break the curse keeping them apart. Even though the story was short, it was amazing! The historical aspect was out of this world, the characters and the world building were astonishing for such a short story! I’m headed to get book 2 right now! I’m so excited to get started!!
