This was one of the best books that i have read in awhile. The characters were very relatable and i enjoyed learning about each charaters backstory. There were so many plot twists and unexpected events that I just couldnt put down the book. The main two love male interests were both amazing but so hard to choose between. i loved them both. The male characters had me laughing, the plot events had me crying, and unable to sleep from needing to read anothr chapter to know what will happen next. i cannot wait for the sequel!

In this stunning debut novel, “Elephant on my Chest” tells story about young love and mental health that will have you laughing one moment and crying the next. Fans of “The Deal” and “Playing for Keeps” definitely don’t want to miss this new release.

Wow, where to start? This book follows a group of six friends in their last year of high school. It predominantly focuses on Elena and Kane, childhood best friends, as their relationship starts to become something more. Not only are these friends facing the typical challenges of graduating high school and going to University, we discover more about their personal lives and struggles. It deals with relationships, family, trauma, and mental health in a real and relatable way.

I love this book so much! I loved getting to know the characters and their interconnected lives. Without giving away too much, it will keep you on your toes wondering what will happen next. I definitely recommend you read this book!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING

I haven’t felt so connected to a book in a while and the way that Sabrina writes about all the 6 characters and the things they’re going through is astonishing. We all deserve to be loved the way that Kane loves Elena and i will forever hold him and Liam as a standard 😭

I can't believe that I finally read this book only for it to end in a cliffhanger. I have no idea how I'm supposed to wait for the second one but all I know is that I'm going to be severely disappointed if Elena doesn't end up with Liam.

I flew through this book! It was fast paced, engaging, and I think the title, “Elephant On My Chest”, was so fitting. Each character had a heaviness in their life and I loved getting to know each character and see how their ending was resolved. Usually, open ended stories leave me wondering, but knowing what happened in the story, I can piece together my own version of final events. This was a fun book to read despite the heartbreak and I’d recommend to anyone who loves a good romance!

Want to read a great story about young love, family and friendship you must read Elephant on my chest
The beginning is about so much grieve and loss but it explains the heart behind the leading female character in the book I have to say I cried so much when I read the beginning because it touched my heart and the book is so full of love, loss, struggles and life
Loved it so much and looking forward to read more from the author as she leaves us on a cliffhanger and anticipation for what is coming next

Wow for such a young author and for a first book, I have to applaud her work and her dedication and her ability to write beautifully.
It starts with a very meaningful heartache background to the female character and it goes up from there
Six different friends from different backgrounds in life
Loved the way she displayed the way the two main characters were in love and knew each other for so long and then came the other new friend to the group who eventually develops strong feeling for the female character
I don’t want to spoil the book because I want you all to enjoy it
It starts off slow to give you the background story of the main two characters Elana and Kane but then it goes on and have their love story continues to develop and grow within the interactions of life situations with other characters and friends
Such an amazing first book which leaves you thirsty for more
I can not wait to read the second book
As a busy professional woman who loves to read books in my downtime I recommend you all to read this book
I couldn’t help but read it all in two days and if I can give it 10 stars I would

I don’t know where to start but I seriously was taken by this book as it is so well written and well detailed
The beginning contained so much heartache and loss (a fact of everyone’s life at some point) and it gives you the insight of the female character and how her life at a young age has been
The book goes from there to explore the stories of 6 friends and their love life and their relationships with each other and with their families
As you read the book you can not help but fall in love with each character and feel for them
As a man I appreciate the depth of the stories also
I appreciate that the author can express love scenes without so much explicit sex details which is most commonly used nowadays
The ending is unique and leaves you wanting more
For a new author the book is excellent and I am glad to become a huge fan now of Sabrina Moussa
