the scene where he is falling asleep and she asks him how olw was he when he was around her height and afterwords telling him he must've been a very cute boy?
the scene wherr she teases him with a key that opens every lock and unlocks his coat pocket while he is on the phone?
the scene where he is listing off the shoping list and how he wishes to come back home to a warm and music filled apartment while she pretend to be asleep?
the scene where she feels melancholic and ovewhelmed and cries and he just... holds her hand until she isnready to hear his reassurances?

Something I love about this series is how beautifully it portrays the love language of physical touch. The intimacy of it- how gently they handle each other.
This volume did a wonderful job of showing how both characters changed the way each other see the world. Her blindness makes it so that she processes the world differently than most- through touch and sound and smell. He acts as her eyes, and through her, sees all the hidden, subtle beauties of everyday life.
The last chapter of this volume genuinely got me so emotional. Love is real and it’s them. T~T
I want another volume sooo bad, I need more of them.

A visual feast for the eyes and a melody for the heart. A masterclass in observing the innate beauty of the 5 human senses, as experienced by an endlessly lovable main character who was born blind.

No! What do you mean the volume is over?? I started reading like 30 minutes ago?? And I don't even know when volume 7 is coming out!! I procrastinated reading this volume for so long because if I finish reading it, I'm finished with all the Veil chapters (so far) and how am I supposed to take it? How am I supposed to live now??

And all the art? Breathtaking and spell-binding as usual. I wish I could inject Kotteri's art into my veins. I want to eat the art, if you know what I mean.

Emma and Aleksander these cuties. I don't know about y'all but they are literally married in my head.

Emma is like the queen of flirting. She has so much charm and charisma especially in Scenes 60 and 65. Like I would absolutely lose my mind if someone spoke to me that way. She has a certain grace around her, a certain confidence that is just so attractive.

Aleksander is the gentleman he always is. I love how he is drawn in this volume. It definitely feels like he has softened a lot around Emma and this is evident when you compare how he is around other characters versus how he is with Emma. He is constantly looking out for her while not restricting her. He lets her do whatever she wants but also makes sure she is safe and feels fine. And what else would you want from a man?

Scene 58 has me gushing oh my god
Scene 61 hshshshs they're so cute! Also Aleksander's face when Emma asks if he wants chicks...
Scene 67 had me screaming and kicking my feet. Did you see the way he looks at her? Oh. My. God.

Please, I need volume 7 as soon as possible. My life has no purpose now. I'm sad and cold now and I have no Aleksander to warm my feet. Please I need more of them.

Opinión de la saga en general:

Debo decir que este manga es uno de los más hermosos que he leído. El arte es precioso, y la historia, aunque muy simple, es hermosa, completa y está muy bien construida.

La única razón por la que no le doy las 5 estrellas es porque me faltó ver un beso entre los protagonistas, una declaración oficial o una confesión clara. He leído muchas reseñas y opiniones que argumentan que su relación no necesita ni debe ser definida por una etiqueta o una escena de romance "explícita" o demasiado evidente. Me parece un punto válido y completamente realista. Sin embargo, también me hubiera gustado recibir al menos una muestra de su amor explícito, al menos en el último tomo, como retribución o como un regalo para los fans que nos apegamos tanto a la historia y leímos los seis volúmenes. Lo que quiero decir es que la autora pudo habernos ofrecido al menos eso.

Ese punto aparte: AMÉ la historia, el concepto, los personajes, los capítulos especiales, los monólogos, las escenas y las ilustraciones extra. Se nota el amor que esta autora tiene por su trabajo.

En resumen: 4.75 (aunque en realidad es un 5) para toda la saga.
Si tienen la oportunidad de leerla: ¡háganlo!
