The authors hit this one out of the park.

I had heard some of the content in this book discussed on their podcast of a similar name: the Just Thinking Podcast. However, this served as a helpful refresher on a pervading school of thought that is invading the minds of those within, and outside, the walls of the church. Harrison and Walker are thorough in their research and grounded in their exposition of Scripture, exposing the lies of mainstream culture in regards to the topic of race.

Highly recommend this one to your reading list in 2024, and beyond.

Excellent book by Darrell Harrison & Virgil Walker examining the current culture’s definition of ethnicity through the lens of scripture. This book was the product of a Just Thinking Podcast. As usual Harrison and Walker completed extensive research which provides detailed analysis of the subject.

Darrell and Virgil take on some of today's cultural issues from a Biblical perspective. They address whiteness, CRT, black liberation theology, and racial reconciliation from a Christian worldview. This book exposes the shortcomings of worldly solutions and emphasizes our true reconciliation in Christ.

It was rather dense - so I read it twice. Probably the best I've ever read on the subject of race.
