An excellent account of the archaeo-astronomic aspects of Stonehenge and related monuments, clearly written and beautifully illustrated. The arguments are stronger for some sites than others; for Larkhill and Godmanchester, for instance, the evidence seems a little stretched, but the authors acknowledge this with well-reasoned caveats.
