“The Global Engineering” is an absorbing and open-minded read penned by Clint Steele, who's an experienced engineer and educator who wants to share his experiences and knowledge about this career. Clint decided to study engineering after thumbing through a Hot-rod magazine- the idea of designing cars caught his attention and later on he started engineering.
In every chapter, the author delves into theory, studies, his experiences along the years, the foundations and concepts of the career with real-world examples that help readers understand the career. It’s an interesting piece of writing with a bunch of wisdom, personal and cultural backgrounds that will enlighten engineering students as well as professionals.
Everything is well-developed with examples that make the reading much more engaging and fruitful. I learned about this great career and I think that students will learn too; it’s highly recommended.

Nowaday, we live in a world of hypercommunication and hyperconnectivity, and it is necessary we adapt to it, both our personal activities and our jobs. The Global Engineer by Clint Steele makes its contribution to this cause by providing a guide to engineers to develop a global mindset.
I think this book is not only useful but also, it will be enjoyable for the majority of engineers because on the one hand it is current and has a good vision of the future, and on the other hand, it is very well structured which makes it more practical.
I recommend it for all engineers who want to stay in constant evolution and excel in their tasks.
