The MM romance was so sweet. But this was a very short novella. Having that much of it dedicated to a sex scene that one of the MCs wasn’t even in and then ending the book there? No thanks.
If they want to open their relationship, power to them.. but it was jarring for such a short story to have one of them just be gone from the intimacy very suddenly and then not even have a nice wrap up with them at the end. Disappointing.
I'm not going to lie, I was looking forward to this one. You meet this couple briefly in the first two books and I was interested on how a novella would work with an already established couple. With that being said, I feel like this one should've been longer. The first half you get the back story on how these two became aerial partners and then a couple. The second half was present day. But what took a weird turn for me is the last chapter and the epilogue. It just threw me for a loop and felt like it didn't fit. I wish you could hear the voice memo I sent my friend because it summed up my thoughts on this book and those words can't be repeated here...
This one had great potential. And should have been longer.
I had the pleasure of receiving an ARC of All Hallow’s Rage 🖤
There is still nothing that will compare to Ev and Sienna and reading All Hallow’s Haunt for the first time but I still love these novellas and getting to see little by little more of each character and their relationships with each other.
With that said getting Matt and Eli’s first meeting/ first date was literally adorable then seeing how they are with each other after years together its perfection. I love them they are the cutest. Their trust in each other from their first meeting just lets you know they are meant to be.
And can we talk about that little surprise/twist epilogue… goddamn, I think I need a cold shower 🥵🥵
I’ve said it before, I’ll say again there is nothing Kenna can publish that I won’t run to read. She’s an instant buy author for me and I will forever love everything she does.
Listen, novellas are already short, with not a lot of room for relationship growth. This one kinda felt like it had even less relationship growth between our main couple though because they were also kinda in a relationship with our couple from All Hallows Hex. Don't get me wrong, we don't have nearly enough poly type relationship books out there but when the book is supposed to be about our Achillean Acrobats I'd rather it be about them and not them hooking up other people. Especially when the epilogue sex scene doesn't even have one our MMC

I'm loving this novella series so much. Eli and Matt, oh my, oh my! I love that we are getting to see about all the characters in the group and their relationships. These two were the freaking cutest ever. I loved reading how their relationship started. My only complaint is that Kenna left me wanting way more lol, specially at the end of it. That came out of nowhere that not only did I went back to reading a couple chapters back to see if I had missed anything, I went all the way back to reading All Hallows's Hex to see if I missed any hints on that one and I guess I did cause I didn't see the plot twist coming. Not only did I LOVED it and enjoyed it a lot, it left me wanting way MORE!

So this is the 3rd book in the Hallows Eve Hookup's series. Each book is a separate couple, but all part of the same little group of friends. This one follows Matt and Eli!
I absolutely LOVED this one. It's fighting for the number one spot right now of the 3. I loved the banter we had as well as all our spicy scenes. There were actually some lovely surprises I didn't even see coming, but ate them up!
Matt and Eli are new acrobatic partners at their job. Instant connection and trust. We get to see their start to their current with the rest of the group, which was so fun to see! I loved seeing the relationship everyone has to each other and from different perspectives.
I highly suggest this series. You can read them seperate but. I suggest reading from the start to see the full experience that has happened prior to this book.
I received this book as an ARC from kenna in exchange for my honest review. Thank you so much Kenna these books are amazing!!
I love the Hallows Eve Hookup’s series. Each novella focuses on a couple. This one being Matt and Eli’s story which gave me a few giggles!
In this book: Devil Rage performance, new pairings, insta lust, MM, best friends, training, banter, coffee, black lipstick, baby steps and a ménage à trois.
We get more insight into the gang in this third instalment. I love how Kenna Bellrae writes and the banter between them all is on point, as are the spicy scenes! Matt and Eli’s love is an intense one that I was looking forward to reading. And there were a few surprises along the way I wasn’t expecting!
I definitely recommend this series but would suggest reading the first two books to get the full experience of previous events. They are both equally as good!
Oh man this book was sooo good!! The tension right off the bat between Matt and Elijah was perfect. Kenna just knows how to write insta-love/insta-lust in a way that makes me want more. It’s not a trope that I’m usually a fan of, but I can’t help but love it when Kenna writes it. And the spice?! 🥵 Matt wasn’t the only one needing a cold shower…
I also really loved seeing more of Matt and Lanie’s friendship. Their dynamic with the way they tease each other is too funny. I definitely need more of all these characters because I’m so obsessed with them it’s not even funny.
“This entire situation has you completely undone, doesn’t it?”
“Make a mess for me, pretty boy”
“They call me pretty boy….be my pretty girl?”
I love Matt and Elijah so much 🥰 Book 3 of the Hallows Eve Hookups and we got to see a lot more of the behind the scenes of the show, the friendships between the characters, and one of the longer relationships of the couples. Matt and Eli were 😮💨😮💨 and THE EPILOGUEEEEEEE; It hit me out of nowhere and now I’m dead. Please make sure I’m buried with my kindle. Thx 🫠. But make sure I get to see a sexy acrobat show first!

I'm not even sure what I just read. It started one way, and ended very differently. The whiplash that I'm feeling is... Wow. lol
However, Matt and Eli are truly adorable together, and that is the heart of this story. The instant attraction. The care for what one another wants or needs. The little teases and quips. Absolutely adored them.
The epilogue threw me for a loop. I was not ready for...THAT.
With the epilogue and hints toward the epilogue left out, this is a 4 star read for sure. It felt like the epilogue belonged to a different book.
Matt and Eli are that mature love that we all need in our lives. They are sweet and loving with each other. The trust between them is just flawless and so real. The chemistry is damn near palpable by just reading it.
Kenna’s ability to write a scene to wear I can see what’s happening in my head is perfection. I can always imagine exactly the scene as I read it. Which can be a double edged sword, but I totally accept that fate. I will happily read any book she writes out.
Matt and Eli’s story was sweet, adorable and so freaking cute that I could not get enough of these two characters.
I loved learning about more of their past history and how their relationship has progressed from that point forward. The back-and-forth banter between them was funny, intense and filled with such delicious sexual innuendos that kept my eyes glued to the pages. I loved their hot and spicy moments together too. They were just perfect together.
This story may be short and fast, but it doesn’t lack anything – and that epilogue – WOW!!!
absolutely phenomenal performance all around. this by far exceeded expectations and was absolutely delicious. the love (&lust) matt and elijah have for one another is next level- i did not see aimee and laine coming, but was feral for their baby steps Content Warnings Graphic: Cursing and Sexual content

“We fit together as though our souls were made of the same stardust, and who was I to deny the stars?”
Kenna. I beg of thee….You need to take it easy on my poor soul. Elijah and Matt were, ugh, perfection. Their banter and teasing had me laughing. And I loved that we got to see the friendship forming between our previous Hallow’s Eve characters. AND THAT EPILOGUE?! Are you trying to ☠️ me?! I swear to gawd 🥵 Anywhooo…
What you’ll find: 🤸🏽Dual POV 🎪MM/bisexual relationship 🤸🏽Forced proximity/co-workers to lovers 🎪Teasing banter 🤸🏽Surprise spicy epilogue 👀😮💨
‘Matt looked me up and down, his gaze lingering on his favorite attributes. “Yes, pretty boy?” “Ooh, that does things to me,” he teased.‘
I loved getting the full story of how Matt first met Elijah. You get a snippet of it in the second book. I really enjoyed learning more about their life's, how they met, and their connections to the other characters listed in the first two books. The epilog was spicy. I've enjoyed the epilogs from the first three booksall being at the same time. What happened in Aimees room at the end was really spicy. I can't wait to read the fourth book.
1.5⭐️ So much potential. Such a good start. I was really loving Matt & Eli together then it took an immediate nosedive. Why even? And why clearly label characters’ sexuality if that’s the direction you want to go?? Glad I only wasted an hour of my life… or two if you consider this tainted the previous one as well.
I wish I could rate it higher than a five. Kenna’s writing is always chefs kiss and I am always sucked right in. I literally couldn’t stop freaking out in the first chapter because the tension and groundwork for Matt and Elijah is soooo freaking good! The rest of the novella did not disappoint, in fact this might be my favorite from the series so far. The freaking SPICE!!!!! Drool worthy!!! I’m going to have to reread soon. I can’t wait to see more of Matt and Eli in their Valentine’s Day novella. 100/10 Kenna Bellrae is THAT author.
Matt and Eli was book 3 and they did not disappoint! I love how Kenna can pack so much emotion into a novella and give you the full feel of a couple and their story.
This was probably my least fav of the novellas. I was slightly confused by the time jump but I get it due to the fact that they have been together longer than the other couples. I do have to say the polyamory at the end confused the fuck out of me.

Super super spicy in all the best ways. Do not read these out of order though because it is very confusion when Lane goes from being best friend to Domme but also sharing her gf and also Lane and Matt had been sleeping together for awhile.
This novella series just gets better and better! The spice is magnificent, and Kenna weaves her characters into each story masterfully. It is like catching up with old friends. A must read!!!!
It’s truly been a pleasure getting to read Kenna’s work as an arc read. The writing is excellent the story keeps you hooked. You couldn’t ask for better
Matt and Eli are fighting hard for their spot of "Favorite Hallows Couple", that's all I can say without getting too sappy about this series and gushing over Kenna in general.
