This is the second instalment in the Relic of God series the first being The Blood King which I can highly recommend.
Brother and sister Jacob and Naomi Fehr return in yet another explosive adventure in a mission to locate Relics of God to complete the ancient prophecy, the most important one yet, the one that will unlock the Gate of Paradise.
But Jacob and Naomi and the rest of the Army of God have their work cut out as now their nemesis The Acolyte has a new leader and Beta is even more ruthless than his predecessor Alpha.
Beta has a long reach and will stop at nothing to secure the relics for his own gain and release evil onto mankind.
Can the Army of God retrieve the relic first before the world as we know it ends?

After a harrowing escape with the Holy Grail the Army of God finds refuge to nurse themselves back to health and attempt to figure out the next steps to take when the Hexad finds them and forces them to move sooner than expected. Joining up with a new group the Army of God's numbers grow in their fight against the Hexad. Will the Army of God succeed in collecting the second artifact or will the Hexad finally wind up with a win for the first time in centuries?

Kept your attention throughout. Only drawback I have is if the reader does not have a background in the Bible or a knowledge of biblical history. You could still read it but I feel so much would be lost. I hope the third book in the trilogy comes out soon because I want to find out what happens to Joseph.

An Indiana Jones-like Thriller
What a rush! An amazing twist and turns of high caliber adventure with humor. Added with awesome characters, vivid description of sceneries that made you feel like you are one of the characters bring chased. Highly recommend to readers who love archeology, a little bit of danger and fast-paced roller-coaster adventure ride!
