Overall the book is good. I think it is an eye opener for most black women who are “strong and independent” Some information might seem harsh especially when she talks about how black women aren’t protected by specific groups of people. My advice is take what you can from the book and leave what you don’t want.

There is so much to say about this book. It’s like I could hear her voice while reading (because I follow her on TikTok lol). This book has given me the EXTRA push to do things differently. Her words confirm what I’ve already felt and adds more to my life. Thank you so much for writing this. A MUST READ for all women.
