This book is entirely about investing in property, which I didn’t necessarily gather based on the title - I thought it would be a mix of property, stocks, and other finance advice.
After reading, I’m certainly more interested in property investing, but certainly not with the amount of debt leverage the author recommends. This book forgot about the emotional side of having peace - not taking on debt to your eyeballs.
I felt the author, who plugs his own business in each chapter, might have cherry picked examples of his clients that had abnormally high returns. Most of the examples featured investors that got 30-50% returns in a year or two. It felt unrealistic and potentially misleading.
I think this book might also be more angled at gaining clients for the authors personal business rather than general financial education.
I stumbled across this book recently and I am so glad I did! This is a simple read that breaks down the steps in practical ways that gives you a clear outline to achieve wealth through property investing. I love the stories of his own experiences and other peoples experiences throughout the book to illustrate each point. The stuff on money mindset is amazing and has really made me rethink a few things! I am so excited to start implementing the strategies in this book in my own life.
Solid concepts and principles but I found it a little repetitive…..but I guess this is to reinforce the points and ensure they sink in. Overall definitely a good read for those keen to retire earlier
