Beyond the Matrix: Daring Conversations with the Brilliant Minds of Our Time

Rate this book
Those concerned with the current eco-crisis most often look only to scientists and politicians for solutions. In this important book, Patricia Cori invites another, overlooked group—perhaps the most important one—to join the discussion. Beyond the Matrix collects some of the most provocative, forward-thinking interviews conducted on Cori's radio show of the same name, bringing together leaders in various fields of alternative thinking to propose new and exciting perspectives on the future of humanity as we approach the potentially life-changing 2012.Beyond the Matrix offers a portrait of a refreshingly optimistic future in a time when we are bombarded with an apocalypse scenario as the future of our civilization. The book features no-holds-barred, in-depth interviews with such renowned thinkers as New York Times best-selling author and theoretical physicist Michio Kaku, whom many call the Einstein of our times; respected UFO and ET investigator Stanton Friedman; radical Egyptologist Stephen Mehler; former astronaut and the sixth man on the moon Dr. Edgar Mitchell; crop circle expert Andy Thomas; intuitive physicist MaAnna Stephensen; Paradigm Research Group director Stephen Bassett; founder of bluevoice.org Hardy Jones; and nine others. The probing conversations cover a bracing range of subjects, from string theory, UFO and extraterrestrial life, crop circles, and ecology to healing, Egyptian mysticism, ascension, and other significant topics that swirl in our minds as we face a new paradigm for human exploration, where spirit and science finally merge. With its blend of fascinating dialogue and higher ideals, Beyond the Matrix offers both hope and reassurance in these challenging times.

Renowned author, teacher/lecturer, radio host & spiritual guide to the sacred sites of the Earth. She has been recognized and celebrated as a gifted shaman by indigenous spirit teachers of the Tibetan, Mayan and Peruvian traditions.

A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Patricia Cori has been immersed in the New Age Movement since its inception there in the early 1970’s. She has utilized her clairvoyant abilities in healing and support work throughout her life, which has been dedicated in great part to the study of mysticism, philosophy, ancient civilizations, metaphysical healing, spirituality and unexplained mysteries.

In 1995, she founded the LightWorks Association of Rome (a non-profit organization), one of the first Spirit Centers to appear in the Eternal City, whose studios served as a healing center, school and the city’s only New Age Library. She is a prominent figure in the Spirit Movement, well-known on the international lecture circuit —actively offering courses, seminars and workshops around the world on a vast range of
topics, which reflect her broad knowledge of alternative methodology in healing and her remarkable gift of helping others rekindle and ignite the power within.

In 1996, she established the LightWorks travel club, SoulQuestTM Journeys, and that year led a group of spirit travelers to Nepal and Tibet, to whom she introduced the sacred temples and breathtaking spirit of the Tibetan landscape. She has since guided people through sacred sites in Asia, Mexico, Egypt, Europe and Peru, awakening them to Earth energies and the Secret Wisdom.

Patricia’s books and CD, The Sirian Revelations, have enjoyed worldwide acclaim as wake-up call material for the expanding consciousness of humankind. They have been re-released to a vast international audience by North Atlantic Books/Random House Distribution and are also available in several foreign language editions.

With her latest project, Where Pharaohs Dwell, Patricia delves into the secrets of immortality and our stellar origins through her beloved Egyptian landscape, exploring the magic of the ancients. The book is scheduled for release in November 2009.
