I found my love for writing back in high school when I discovered that it helped with my anxiety and depression. I always wrote little short stories until I started writing about Amellia and Darrell. Their story really started it all for me and I finally just had to share it with the world so with the support of my husband and amazing family and friends, I took the leap and published!

This book was interesting. I liked the individual scenes but it felt a bit disjointed. I can’t decide if I want Amellia to end up with her girls or fated mates to Quincy & Darrell. Though at this point Darrell’s lack of contact seems unforgivable.

I didn’t realize when I started this book that it was a shifter/omegaverse. There wasn’t much in the beginning to lead me to believe this wasn’t a contemporary normal romance. But as the story went on more and more paranormal things start to unfold.

I think if this had introduced and made it clear that Amellia was human with no abilities and how she knew that everyone else was not human but a shifter or witch etc it would have had me more invested.

Otherwise a solid 3 because the spice was good and peppered throughout to keep it interesting.
