Wonderful Resource! Extremely well written!

This just happens to be exactly what I needed right now… I’ve been struggling with recovering from covid, and feeling very unenthusiastic for several volunteer activities I’ve been helping with for years while I’ve yet to get other things under control.

Sometimes saying no to things that are out of alignment and stretch you too thin is one of the most important skills you can master.
You’ll find discussion of building resilience, adopting a growth mindset, looking at “failures” as learning opportunities and more.

Insightful and Inspiring ‐ Highly recommended

An enlightening read that delved deep into the nature of burnout, detailing its stages, causes, and offering an array of strategies to overcome and prevent it. What I particularly appreciated were the insights on reigniting life passions. The sections on the significance of relationships and the benefits of a digital detox were eye-opening. Additionally, learning about dopamine's role in fueling our passions added a fascinating layer to understanding how we can maintain our drive and enthusiasm in life.

A fresh perspective

The author is extremely knowledgeable about being burnout and of the signs. I can relate to being burnout by working to hard as it is not being resilient. I see the symptoms and warning signs of being burnout. This is a resourceful book!
