Nothing exciting ever happens in Cascade Falls.

Nothing that is, until I take a secret job at a secret club in a nearby town, and end up meeting a deliciously enticing secret stranger.

But that stranger isn’t who I thought he was, and neither is my new job.

It’s getting harder to keep my secrets from my best friend, and it seems he’s hiding a few of his own.

Cascade Falls? More like Cascade of Lies.

This book is a pre-novella to the first book in the Cascade of Lies series. It is intended for audiences 18+ due to mature content.

This was a very fun and interesting prequel to Cora Flynn’s new Reverse Harem series, Cascade of Lies!

Having already finished Book 1 of this series, Days of Winter, I am extremely interested to see how the events of this prequel impact the story in future books! Can’t wait 😉

Winter’s Song is a tasty little morsel. It is a quick bite of Winter Wallace’s world in the small town of Cascade Falls. Winter’s Song is the prequel for the Cascade of Lies series, about Winter Wallace, a college student making her way through school by waitressing at a small diner.

Cascade of Lies is a reverse harem romance series, so Winter’s Song introduces a cast of characters that may potentially be in that reverse harem in future books. Readers are also introduced to Winter’s two best friends: Quick and Raven. Quick, is actually Shane Quicksilver, who is Winter’s long-time bestie. Raven is Winter’s college bestie.

The book also introduces Bourbon & Blues, a bar designed like an old-fashioned speakeasy. The bar is located in nearby Sheldonville, another small town slightly larger than Cascade Falls, which will be featured in subsequent books.

Readers get just enough to whet their appetite and want to come back for a bigger bite. Count me in. I’m ready for a bigger slice and reading more books in the series.

•Winter’s Song• Cora Flynn•

This is a short prequel novella in the Cascade of Lies series. Cora Flynn has grabbed my attention in just these few short pages and I am immediately jumping into the first full novel of the series: Days of Winter!

Winter’s Song is set two years prior to the events of Days of Winter, and follows Winter through just a few days of college, work, and spice! I have a feeling Winter’s world is about to get a little warmer after her first encounter with Viking!

This was such a fun prequel novella to start the Cascade of Lies series! It was a quick read and gave a great overview of the town of Cascade Falls and the various characters. It immediately hooked me into Winter's life, and I immediately started Days of Winter afterward because I was dying to keep reading. And the steam!!! This novella will get the fire started!

Highly recommend reading this one before diving into Days of Winter, but even if you have already read Days of Winter, it is absolutely worth the read!

It’s nice to have some missing pieces filled in. Like on how the guys from the end of book two knows her and how Logan knew about them. Or what exactly really led to Winter keeping this secret from Shane.

But now I feel like I might be totally bummed if Kellan/Viking doesn’t join the harem because daYUM what a night. Their chemistry was better in two scenes that some of these others in two books.

Winter’s Song is the prequel to the Cascade of Lies series. This prequel introduces you to Winter, the FMC, her best friend Quick, her boss Drew and the mysterious Kellan. The problem with living in a small town is everyone knows everyone and everyone talks but everyone has their own secrets. Fantastic introduction to the characters and series. Can’t wait for the 1st book to come out.

This is a pre-novella to the 1st book Days of Winter

I hope Kellan the Viking mountain man is in Days of Winter. This novella is in Cascade Falls? It's more like Cascade of Lies. Everyone is holding onto secrets. It seems like Winter and her best friend Quick. This pre-novella ends on a cliffhanger, I can't wait to read what happens in the book Days of Winter.

I'm already hooked, especially on Kellan—I need more of his story! Can't wait to dive into the full series after this enticing sneak peek. Five stars for leaving me hungry for more! ❤️

This is a short and spicy prequel, that takes play 2 years before Days of Winter. Which is book #1 in the Cascade of Lies series. I love this because we briefly meet some of Winters guys, Travis, Shane and Drew. But the spicy scene isn't with any of those guys. 🔥 🤤 I hope he shows up in the future though.

I always do things backward. So I just finished reading this after the first two books in the series, and I loved it. It is a pre novella to the book of Days of Winter.
Let's not lie. This novella is mainly smut, not a lot of plot. But that's what the rest of the books are for, to give you the actual plot. This just hints at what is to come next, and it's amazing.
