To save the people she loved, Ava sacrificed everything and became the Palace’s perfect omega.
For a decade, isolated and alone, her every move watched, she waited to be rescued. Yet freedom came from the most unexpected of places. With electricity gone and the world plunged into darkness, the Crash brought danger but also new possibilities. Now her past has hunted her down, and her future has come to claim her. Her unbonded mates, the sweet twins she grew up with, are no longer the boys she knew. Driven by anger and grief, they want her back with a fierce desire that can’t be denied. But their return frees a feral alpha, more beast than man, who is driven to claim her, too. Throw in a smitten beta, along with a rare male omega she thought could never be hers, and suddenly her choices matter. Yet, the danger is ever present, and growing. Maven, the secret pack who caused the Crash and rules the world from the shadows, needs her back. As all their manipulations come to light, they make one last desperate play. Can Ava bring these disparate men together in time to form the pack they all need? Will she survive the trap that is laid for her? Not even Ava knows her true potential, but her enemies suspect. The world thought prime alphas were the ultimate power. They haven’t met Ava yet. She holds a secret the world never saw coming.
Pack Origins is a steamy omegaverse romance series set in an apocalyptic world. Each book is an interconnected standalone featuring a new pack with a HEA. The interwoven story of the Crash will conclude in this book.
You can expect multiple love interests and POVs, varying MM relationships within the packs, a fast-paced story with action and plot, minimal relationship angst, a few laughs, and plenty of found families.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t think I was ready for this OV world to end. I loved that Ava and scary, the omegas, we’re able to fight for their alphas & pack. It was a good change to the normally ‘meek’ omegas. The ending was perfect and I definitely got emotional reading the epilogues
I have been waiting for this book for what feels like forever! I really enjoy books that have multiple omegas, and I really enjoyed how the story was told and the progression of the characters. L.A. does an amazing job of making the characters relatable and believable, while also providing a fully unique world (yes it's modern earth, but it's an alternate post apocalypse version) that also feels relatable and familiar. I also appreciate that the main characters are working against a larger problem, while still feeling like they are working on a local level rather than suddenly being the leaders of an entire race like other books.
While this book does have steamy spice, it isn't the main focus and feels a lot more organic with the back story of all the characters.
Over all I HIGHLY recommend this series to anyone, and kinda hope we get more Sadie, besides the anthology, after Ghost catches up with her!
Writing this review ugly crying because the ending of this book was just. Too. Freaking. Sweet! Ugh! She did it again! Okay. Deep breath. This was great! I loved the fact that there is a catch up chapter in the beginning of each book. Helps so much! The author also has a Pinterest board with tons of inspo photos I looked through before starting. The evolution of the characters, relationships, conflict, action… STEAM. It was all perfect. I don’t have a favorite guy- they were ALL so special and well developed. All of our side characters had major roles in this book. I love our little omega girl gang. There were some complicated plot twists and turns but it was written in a way that was very easy to understand and follow. I’ll be waiting anxiously for more work from Miss Clyne, definitely recommend. -RH (large harem) -MM -Omegaverse (2 omegas!) -Safe -Interconnected standalone -🔥🔥.5
I honestly did not expect the 3rd installment to be so great. (No offense to the author, but typically the 3rd book in a trilogy is after some cliffhangers or just trying to end the story line) THIS WAS NOT THAT
I LOVED the dynamics of all members of the pack, multiple POV, it felt like we really understood each pack member and their background as well as their relationships within the pack and within the found family of the farm.
There were twists and turns without it being too dark or traumatic, but it still set realistic expectations for people with trauma (including the experience of an apocalypse, duh) while wrapping all the characters from the previous books together and shooting what the future looks like. Beautiful HEA and can't wait to see what L.A. Clyne does next!
I love this omegaverse because it is kind of off on its own and really original. I really love how they explain the omegaverse system and how it works. But I believe this is the last one in the series and I kind of wish we had a little bit more of the world because the world is insane, and I just don't feel like it all gets answered in the end. This is the third book, and I do recommend reading in order just because the backstory/world makes the most sense that even though each book follows different packs. I also wanted more in the end for the pack too because the omegas in here were the ones that I was desperate to see get their HEA since book 1 and even though they do end with an HEA I do wish we had a little bit more overall. It seems like that was my overall feelings for this one, it was good but left me wanting more in the end.
Very Satisfying!! Wow! There is a lot to un"pack" in this the third and final book in the series. If you're unfamiliar with the Pack Origins series, you will want to pick up the first two books to really understand and enjoy this book. I love LA Clyne's books and this one ties together most, not all, of the loose ends in the story arc. Knot Your Possession is Ava's story. Ava is the quiet one but in this story we see a different Ava. Add in a sweet omega, a sexy beta, one feral alpha and two more alphas and see sparks fly! The book is a very satisfying end to the series and a bit bittersweet. Hopefully there might be more to Sadie and Ghost's story? You will not be disappointed with Knot Your Possession!
Rating- 4 Heat- 3.5 Need to know- This series needs to be read in order.
Book 2, Lexie’s story, left us with no doubt as who was going to be in Ava’s pack. In Knot Your Possession, we get to see that pack come together. It was a fantastic mix of second chance romance, romance after years of pining, and insta romance.
This has been one of my favorite omegaverse worlds. I loved the timing of the series occurring as society is collapsing. My only complaint is that the climax was rather anti-climactic. After 3 books building to taking on the secret pack controlling the world, I expected a bigger bang. I expected to see our prime alphas really shine. And I expected to see more of the aftermath. Instead we get whimper of a confrontation and a few paragraphs of how society is adapting.
It was so good being back in this universe, where prime alphas are a rather guarded secret and omegas have been stripped from their rights and traded as a commodity in the Palace. Out of the three ladies, Ava's story was the one that I was anxiously waiting for as unlike Maia and Lexi, she has fully embraced her omega nature. I loved the second chance trope here. When the twins are being reunited with Ava I thought that perhaps this one would be all smooth sailing, but of course past misconceptions and unspoken truths seem to be standing in the way. Now, Cary was adorable in the previous books and here he seems to be finding his ground and acknowledging his deepest desires. Overall, this was a good conclusion of the series.
Knot Your Possession is the third book in the Pack Origins series and picks up in the aftermath of the last book and tells Ava and Carys story as well as concluding the overarching story arc that started in the first book.
This book was another enjoyable read and I really loved the twists and turns as the overarching story reached its conclusion. I loved the characters and fell in love with each one as the story progressed and I also loved that the relationship in this book was a simple one, having the two omegas made it more complex, especially with the dynamics between the group.
Overall, this was a fantastic conclusion to the Pack Origins series and a thoroughly enjoyable read. I would 100% recommend it.
Ava might be the Palace’s perfect princess but L.A Clyne is omegaverse’s perfect author!
This book could do no wrong, and if I’m being honest, I think it’s my favourite book in this series. Book 3 in the Pack Origins universe follows Ava along with Cary, Wolf, Nick, River and Ryder. All the guys in the pack have a certain trait that makes you fall in love with them. The bromance between Nick and River is hilarious and the charisma of the rest of the guys is swoon worthy.
We see more of the Palace, along with the underground Network, Sanctuary and the conclusion to the Maven storyline.
Most of all, the epilogues wrap the series up with a happy ever after vibe.
I have loved this series from the start and I was very excited to finally get to Ava's story! Let me tell you, I wasn't disappointed. It's different from the other two books in that this pack has two omegas, and a very special prime alpha. I loved how the story unfurled, how the pack came together and how we finally understand everything about the Crash and what caused it. It was a very well crafted storyline in my opinion, very interesting to read. Oh, and the three epilogues at the end (one for each of the FMCs) were so wholesome and brought me closure, which I appreciated. I can't wait to see what the author comes up with next!
LA Clyne writes a kind of dystopian Omegaverse. This is the third BOOK in this series, though there is another novella. We finally, finally find out family bonds, familial loss and gain, relationships new and familiar. I really enjoy this universe, but I must admit I think I might just have a book crush on the author. Well developed characters, intelligent dialogue, and exploration of a pretty cruddy social structure, with hope for a better tomorrow. I’d love to see more of Sadie, especially with “Ghost,” I very much look forward to anything this author will throw at us.
This was another fabulous read in the pack origins series. This one is about Ava as she comes into her omega powers and finds her pack. They need to face so many obstacles, some from so long ago and other new challenges. Reuniting with her childhood best friends and calming new prime alphas as she goes, just shows how strong she is. With her new found besties, Lexi and Maia they sort out their packs and their enemies, Maven. I loved how Ava was able to settle her alphas as well as Carey into their selves. I lived the dynamics in the pack and also between the interlinked packs. A fabulous read!
Throughout book 1 and 2 in the series I was always intrigued about Ava. With how book 2 ended I couldn't wait to start book 3. I was itching to read more.
Ava's story is beautiful and full of everything else you have already experience in the first 2 books but so much more, the way Ava's pack develops completely warms my heart and you fall in love with all of them instantly.
An absolutely amazing way to end the series, still keeps you guessing and there are surprises around every corner especially with what happens in chapter 42! This entire series has warmed my heart but also the spice, as always, is absolutely amazing. This entire series is 5 stars!!
This whole series has been so good, I have really enjoyed getting to know this omega-verse and all the characters in it. I am really loving the way the packs are interconnecting and related. Little snippets we've seen in previous books are being realised now and making such a great stories. Ava had always been a but pf an aloof princess but, in this book, she grew and, with the help of her mates, her truer nature came out. She became a strong omega with the strength of mind to stand up for herself and her mates. And what a mate group she had! Loved them all.
This is both the BEST book in the series and my least favorite.
Ava and the guys coming together was equal parts sweet and spicy. As a conclusion for the series it felt slightly anticlimactic but at the same time flowed well for the story and wasn’t disappointing. I loved the three part epilogue as a good bye to each pack.
The thing that gets me is that I wanted MORE for Cary. He was one of the best characters in the series and deserves EVERYTHING. I felt like he got dealt the short straw a little bit.
Mannnnn. I cannot say enough how good this author is. Debut trilogy??? Holy cow! This was a perfect wrap up. Ava and her pack had some obstacles, but tackled them well, and did it together. The over arching story of the trilogy was wrapped well. And then this author did something so rarely seen anymore. There is more book after the wrap up of the bad guys. Not only is there more book, there are multiple epilogues, set different amounts of time in the future. I don't feel cheated, and I loved it.
This was another great story in this series. We get lots of interaction with the characters from the other books. I adored this pack. Wolf was such a fresh surprise. I loved how he handled being a prime alpha. Ava was such a cool character. And Cary was a force. I was so glad he was able to find some peace. I have loved this series. I can’t wait for more from this author.
A great book to end the series. As with the others, it follows it’s own pack being formed, but continues the overarching story. Plenty of action and awesome characters to read about. I especially liked how the epilogues (yup, all three!) gave us a little window to what happens after. I really didn’t want to say goodbye to the characters. I eagerly await more books by this author!
I really enjoyed this final instalment of the Pack Origins series. This book saw Ava finally get her pack, and I loved her mates. We see Maven finally get what’s coming to them. Overall I thought it was a great conclusion to the series. I enjoyed all the characters and their personalities and how they were you each other.
This first popped up as a Kindle recommendation. I’m so happy I took it. Three books. Three different packs. One storyline. I enjoyed how different the packs were. Also, how different their stories were. This final story tied up the loose ends. I will read more of this author. Over the top steam. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥/5
Knot Your Possession is the third in the Pack Origins series by L.A. Clyne. I loved how this picks up right in the end of the last book and it just continues on. Ava is a smart, tough Omega. I loved watching her with her pack. So sweet and loving. Looking forward to the next one!
I was excited for Ava and Cary's story. I love reading about omega pairings. I think it makes for more interesting pack dynamics because they fit so well together. I hope we get more from these packs.
I have loved this series and Ava and Carey’s story did not disappoint. So good! Also, love Wolf’s shared dominance as expressed by his pack members in different settings. That was a cool twist!
I’ve loved this series and I really hope it not truly the end. The characters, storyline and the emotions are brilliant throughout. I loved the community spirit and how they work together and find their place and roles.
This final book in the series was absolutely beautifully written and I could not put it down. This author has an amazing way of writing their stories and characters in a way that makes you fall in love with it all. I can’t wait to read more from them.
I loved seeing Ava's story and how her pack came together with Cary, Wolf, Nick, River and Ryder. Along with this being the final book for the overall story about Maven. Some laughs, a bit sad or worrisome at times, with good spice 😁🔥🔥🔥
I have loved this series! This was amazing just like the first two books. And I really appreciated the summary of the past books at the beginning of the book. Loved the twins the most though!
