📍A fantasy novel which takes you to the a different wold of imagination.

•• INSIGHT: “Secret of the Memory Stone, revolves around the quest for various potent stones originating from the “World of Memories.” Unfortunately, these stones have found their way into the wrong hands within the human world.

•• REVIEW: This book evokes a “Sarah J. Maas” vibe, introducing mystical characters endowed with extraordinary powers. Although the story begins at a leisurely pace, it swiftly gains momentum with intriguing twists and turns. Despite the abundance of surprises, the narration tends to fluctuate, occasionally becoming overly formal and monotonic. As a debut Novel, author has done great job from story point of view. Unlike those enchanting fantasies that leave you mesmerized, this one succeeds in keeping readers consistently curious until the end. Overall, it proves to be an enjoyable read for fantasy enthusiasts.

•• STRENGTHS: 1) Innovative and rejuvenating concept
2) Impressive twists that add value
3) Straightforward language

•• WEAKNESSES: 1) Absence of compelling and memorable characters
2) The book concluded abruptly; a cliffhanger would have been beneficial to pique the reader’s curiosity for the next installment.

•• TARGET READERS: This book is perfect for newcomers who enjoy exploring unconventional imaginations.

•• GENRE: Fantasy, Thriller fiction

•• RATING: 3.7/5

This book reads like it was written in a different language, then copy-pasted into Google Translate without any editing. It's so bad, I can't even find anything to like about it.

Like I said, it reads like a badly translated book with grammatical errors. The dialogs don't sound like what real people would say at all. And all the information is just spoon-fed to the readers, one after another, without any build-up or background information whatsoever.

Our main character, Betty, is an alleged medical student. I say alleged because we never see her actually do stuff a medical student would do. She spends the majority of the book "working" for this old lady Mrs. Elisabeth - and I don't even know what her actual job is; it sounds like she just comes and reads to the lady, which sounds like the most leisure job in the world, but apparently she's making good money - which is bizzare to me. As the main character, Betty is unbelievably passive, and all the seemingly important stuff happen off-page without her knowledge. She's really more like an observer.

Honestly, this book just drives the point home to not judging a book by its cover.

It was very interesting, I read it in a few days. It was written very clearly and comprehensibly. I was interested to read from beginning to end. There were interesting and mysterious characters whose lives I would like to get to know in more detail. I hope there will be more new stories from the characters in the next chapter. The book was also mystical for me, I love when there is mysticism in addition to fantasy. I liked the character of the main character a lot, as well as the character of the mysterious man (Roy). I am waiting for new interesting moments.👍👍👍🥹🥹🥹👌🏻

I recently finished this awesome book. It was intriguing and interesting and very well written, I loved it. The author created an unlikely story and left a lot of questions unsolved, leaving me wanting for more. There a a lot of characters and I l loved all of them. I also loved the cover art which was beautifully designed. I’m looking forward to reading the second part and I hope it will come soon.

Betwixt Realms” takes readers on an enchanting journey blending romance, friendship, and fantasy. The gripping tale of Betty and Elisabeth, intertwined with a mysterious red stone and a magical white cat, kept me captivated. A well-crafted narrative with unexpected twists, making it a delightful and engaging read. Highly recommended for those seeking a touch of magic in contemporary storytelling.

This book is definitely for a younger age range, maybe late primary - early high school. The writing was very forced and everything was spoon fed to the reader. Whilst it had some good elements to the storyline and would be okay if just starting out into fantasy, I did think about not finishing it multiple times.

I wanted to love this book so badly. But it was disappointing. Most of the action occurs out of the FMC's presence. She is mostly a spectator talking about things instead of doing.
For such a short book, nothing magical happens way after the half point of the story. Characters are stereotypical, and some sequences are predictable.
I'm so sorry. I don't recommend it.

The book is written very lightly, it does not tire me, I read it in one day. I will say that it was attractive and I wanted to read it non-stop, the heroine seems very naïve and defenseless at first. which of course changes, and you feel its strengthening. I also really liked the image of the cat, it looks very special. In general, there were parts that were difficult to understand at first, but after a while the author makes you understand everything. And the end made me nervous, because I did not expect such a solution, more precisely, I am already impatiently waiting for the other parts.👌🏻

Wonderfully written adventure story with a cast of beautifully built and lovable characters, each one with a personal, secret back story slowly revealed during the cleverly put plot with a lot of twists, surprises and romance. And at the moment you realise that you must be right you are deceived again.
Not only is it a colorful story but also has a philosophical background which lets the reader question some common concepts in life, family and love.
It's definitely worth a shot and has a high potential to be re-read in order to maybe understand the story more and get a glimpse of what is going to happen in the next books, because yes, there is coming more according to the author.
Looking forward to it.
