Review Definitions: ★★★★★ - "Perfect." No big complaints. ★★★★ - Very good, but with a few critiques. ★★★ - Good but troubled. ★★ - I could have spent my time better. ★ - I'm mad that I finished it.
I genuinely enjoyed this book, and loved the look into someone being so lost in themselves despite everyone around them telling them they are literally a disaster. I actually multiple times reading to this related way too much for this being about an incel sex worker.
I think this is one of those things you could look at from far away and squint at and see a beautiful tragic story of someone stuck in a self destructive cycle or you could just accept it for the really bizarre and silly read that it is and not apply much feeling to it at all. That intrinsic fluidity might be my favorite part of this book.
All in all, would recommend as long as you arent a crybaby who thinks all art is polished and ribbed for your pleasure. I’m the kind of person who enjoyed all 7 sharknado movies, so if you can get down with that you can hang with this I think. Lovely read 🤡🫶
