Leading with Question 3rd Edition is an excellent book. I was really impressed with the suggestions and variety of questions to address everything from career goals, performance appraisals, to strategic planning. It's a great book that could help anyone who wants to challenge the status quo and get people thinking creatively about how to address vexing issues.

Helpful book on how leaders who question, rather than act like authority knows all answers, grow teams that are resilient and enjoy working together. The book takes the form of the authors discoursing for a bit, and then quoting at length from business leaders books or interviews to make their points. Not a classic, but a good reminder and book of examples.

The book is mostly a compilation of other people’s quotes and examples 😨 worth noting though that some of these are great.
Also the book could’ve easily be 5 times shorter.
If you can get a hold of a summary of the book instead of reading it all — would be the best 👍
