4.5⭐️
This spicy age gap novella was a fun read. Though there wasn’t a lot of time for major character development, background information, etc. because it is a novella, there was enough to keep me interested and invested in the MC’s relationship. The FMC is so strong and knows what she wants in her life, though still a little bruised from her last relationship ending the way it did, and the MMC is the epitome of a “book boyfriend” and is determined to show her that she is intelligent, special, and worthy of good things. They are just really cute together.
Though there is a little bit of a revenge sub-plot for the third act, I liked that the MCs came together and started a relationship because they like each other and want to see where things could go, not because the FMC was trying to get back at her ex. This is definitely a spicy read, but I think the plot to spice ratio is decent. Though I think the story felt complete the way it is written, this is a couple I wouldn’t mind reading more about.

Loved this book! Hot, steamy and very enjoyable. First book from this author and I’ll look for more.
