Disheartened about not being able to find “Mr. Right” on the London dating scene, best friends Jodie Lynch and Louise Hewson create a blog to not only document their disastrous dates with the numerous “Mr. Wrongs” and “Mr. Okay-for-nows” but also to help those going through the same experiences and to see where they’re going wrong. How will they deal with everything the dating scene has to throw at them — planned or otherwise?

M. B. Feeney is an army brat who finally settled down in Birmingham, UK with her other half, two kids and a dog. She often procrastinates by listening to music of all genres and trying to get ‘just one more paragraph’ written on whichever WIP is open; she is also a serious doodler and chocoholic. Writing has been her one true love ever since she could spell, and publishing is the final culmination of her hard work and ambition.

Her publishing career began with two novellas, and she currently has multiple projects under way, in the hopes that her portfolio of what have been described as “everyday love stories for everyday people” will continue to grow. Always having something on the go can often lead to block which eventually gets dissolved by good music and an even better book.

Her main reason for writing is to not only give her readers enjoyment, but also to create a story and characters that stay with readers long after the book is finished, and possibly make someone stop and think “what if . . . ”

Right click, love is about two friends who are unlucky in the dating scene. They start a blog to share their experience with others. It soon becomes so much more. Will the pair be able to find Mr Right in the minefield of bad dates.

This is written with blog entries and story in between. I usually don’t like diary style books but it added an extra level of communication in this book.

It’s two short stories in one and available on KU.

This was a fun present day story about the ups and downs of dating life. A common enough plot, but where this story differs is in the telling. The author has a way with words that sucks you in and you feel like you're right there in the character's shoes, living her life.

Looking forward to more great stuff from this author!!

Loving this story, its great to have two lead characters telling the story, as a blog reader I could see myself following this blog quite easily... Not sure what that says about my life but c'est la vie! Kindle died before I could read much but its rolling along very VERY nicely.
An amazing debut piece.

What I loved the most about this story was the fact that it was set in London. As a Texan, I found myself enthralled in the way M.B. Feeney created this picture, pulling me into the story and making me feel like I was sitting inside the flat in London. An amazing and funny story from another new author!

I was pleasantly surprised by the humour with which this delightful book was written. M B Feeney presents a classic, partners in crime romantic novel that doesn't actually bang on about the delights of romance. Instead the two main characters are wonderfully down to earth about romance and finding Mr Right.

They start off not really believing that there is such a mythical animal as The Right Man and set out to find out for sure by doing the dating thing - a terrifying prospect for nearly ALL rational people, both male and female. They decide to put their findings in blog, updated after each date. Both are relatively skeptical about their chances and as fate would have it, when one of them actually does meet the 'right man' for her, she finds it difficult to get her head around it; for her the man is so completely NOT what she had in mind in spite of the obvious chemistry between them. As a result of her preconceived notions about what the Right Man consists of, she finishes the relationship and goes back to dating. Her partner meanwhile has somewhat more success.

Without giving the whole story away, eventually both realise that they have in fact found the Right Men for them, or at least for the time being. Being an old cynic who was married for twenty years and then divorced, I have a feeling that sometimes things don't always work out and an interesting sequel for this very sweet and very readable book would be looking at both of these delightful ladies ten years and a couple of kids further on.

At the end of the day, a very readable, quite delightful foray into the world of dating. I would recommend it as a read, especially for those romantics among us!

I don't really know where to start or what to say, but I guess I should begin with just how much I love this book. I cannot believe I bought this when it came out, but just filed it in my to be read list like I normally do. There was no reason for that, other than getting to the time to finish the book I was currently reading, but as soon as I read page one I was hooked.

M B Feeney managed to have me laughing to the point of tears, while constantly rooting for both girls to find love. I never normally read books about love, normally preferring to keep with fantasy and stories to make me cry, but this was a welcomed change.

Will I be reading more by this author? Hell yes! I cannot wait to get hold of her next book.

My only wish is that she would write a sequel to this because I don't think I will ever get bored of the two girls.

A fun, quick read about 2 ladies blogging their experiences on the dating scene in London. This was at times humorous and light-hearted but there were more serious moments, as you look at the different hopes and expectations of people looking for a relationship.

Right Click, Love is a feel good romantic story. The writing is superb and really drew me into the story of Jodie and Louise. I love the premise of story with them blogging about their dating experiences and enjoyed the following them on their journey. I was sad when the story came to an end because the characters are so enjoyable. Right Click, Love is one of my favorite stories and I can't wait to read more by M.B. Feeney.

I love this story. Ms. Feeney addresses issues that women face in the dating world. The ups, the downs, the mistakes, the regrets, and the happiness.

I enjoyed reading this story, but it hit way too close to home for me since I am still single with no prospects. Much like Jodi and Louise, I haven't given up hope.

Note: This was read as part of the Sugarplum Dreams anthology. http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/16...

It took me under two hours to read, which is perfect for a quick yet satisfying story. I love the friendship between the two main characters and enjoyed going along for the ride as they searched for their Mr Rights. Would definitely recommend.

Right Click, Love was another good read by M.B. Feeney. Jodie and Louise are best friends who have not been able to find Mr. Right. They create a blog to document horrible dates and help people going through the same things. I really enjoyed this quick read by M.B. Feeney.

Where to start with this delightful little story? It's jam packed with wonderful little quirks and so many positives that I may just run out of superlatives! Funny, romantic, realistic, witty, charming - the list is just endless. I'll keep it short and sweet, rather like the book itself, because this is definitely one you want to be one-clicking to read during your lunch hour at work tomorrow to get you over hump day!

I guess the thing that really shines most about this book, and is the absolute best feature for me is the fact that this book is totally real. It doesn't sugarcoat love and dating, instead it shows a very realistic and believable look at what the dating scene is like for so many women out there. However, instead of being maudlin and bitter about it, Feeney has a wonderful twist and jovialism to her writing, meaning that it's fresh and thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish. This also helps with the realism as it is just so easy to imagine that Lou and Jodie were two friends you might know, or perhaps yourself and your friend, taking the modern world of blogging (and dating!) by the horns and doing something proactive.

That brings me nicely to my next point - the characters are completely believable. So often in romance tales you find the characters are too twee or too bitter, but Feeney really balances this perfectly. Yes there are moments when you think Lou might swear off men, and when Jodie and James are rather ooey-gooey, but it's all balanced. I think she manages this with great skill, usually through humour or sarcasm, and it just gives the book a really light hearted and fresh outlook on love and dating in general. It's very rare I laugh in a romance, but the balance of humour was spot on that it had me chuckling throughout at their antics. Again, it's just something I could imagine myself or my friends doing, and so it was that much easier to engage with the characters and the plot in general.

Something else that's fantastic about this book is the fresh take it has on romance stories in general. It's quite short, but that works in it's favour as it doesn't pack any punches. The plot is constantly moving, constantly developing, and you get swept up in their 'adventures' in dating. This is, in my experience, few romance books actually manage in this way, and so kudos to Feeney on hooking me and keeping me hooked. But I digress, I was talking about the fresh take, and it has that in abundance! Blogs, speed dating, getting stood up - they're all staples of the modern dating scene and modern life in general. Feeney truly does keep the plot, characters, scenery really modern and up to date, meaning that you can slip very easily into the story as, like I've said countless times, it's just like something you could imagine chatting with the girls about on a night out.

So to wrap it up (partly because I've run out of superlatives and partly because I have her next book waiting for me on my kindle) this book was a pleasure to read from the proverbial cover to cover. I loved the characters, the plot, the humour, just everything. I'm hard to please, but this was just perfect for a short, sharp burst of laughter and happiness after a tough day. It's firmly stored in my 'Favourites' folder on the kindle, and I can see it being one I read over and over again. I honestly cannot recommend it highly enough, particularly if you are a fan of a witty and realistic type of romance with a twist.

'Right Click Love' is a novella length story about the difficulties of finding love in the modern world. It follows the attempts of Jodie and Louise as they attempt to navigate their way through the dating scene trying to find a decent man. From blind dates to speed dating to online dating no stone is left unturned. But what makes this story so awesome is the way that its told. We have had loads of stories of a similar vein but most of this story takes the form of a blog with the girls reflecting on events after they happen. I loved this. Sure the story continues to be told in between blog entries but its done in a seamless fashion.

What I like most about this novella is that most women out there will be able to relate to the struggles that the girls face. Jodie and Louise are completely down to earth and really likeable. No designer clothes or pretentions here at all, just two ordinary girls looking for that someone special.

The writing is witty and easy to read. It matches the girls' characters perfectly. It is fun and will definitely make you laugh out loud with some of their exploits. Combined with the men they encounter on their journey this is just a perfect blend of characters, plot and writing. As the women have been looking for quite awhile for their someone special, they struggle to recognize a good relationship when they find one, which, again, is something that most of us can relate to. I think most women after reading this will have been through most of these experiences and will be able to totally relate. A really enjoyable short read from an author with a down to earth writing style.

M.B. Feeney delivers another top notch novella called Right Click, Love. A short tale of two best friends and the ups and downs of finding "the one".

Right Click, Love is a funny uplifting tale set in the dating world, offering up hope that there is in fact someone out there for everyone. I found it to be clever and smart and utterly delightful! It moves along at a steady pace keeping the reader hooked, just as I was!

I loved this short story as much as any full length novel.

Heather's Review:

“Sipping her hot coffee, Jodie Lynch tapped in her login details to check how well the latest blog post had been received. The stats were through the roof, and there were almost thirty comments awaiting approval. She’d never expected that writing about the nonexistent sex life being experienced by her and her best friend Louise Hewson would garner so much attention.”

And with this first paragraph we begin a not quite year-long journey in quest to find love for two best friends who have grown weary of the dating scene. They start a blog to showcase their experiences and in doing so they meet some interesting people. If you’re looking for a nice and fun look at the world of dating and friendship and how blogging can and does affect those involved, then this is definitely the story for you. There’s only 46 pages but a lot of fun is packed into those 46 pages.

“So, there you go. Our next step? Who knows? Maybe when one of us posts again, it will be another big announcement. You’ll just have to wait and see.”

And with those final words, we are treated to a perfect blend of actual experiences and dialogue mixed with blog posts we learn where our characters, Jodie and Louise are taken on this journey, I highly recommend tagging along for the ride.

Ahhh the troubles with finding the ''right'' man! The constant dating and putting yourself out there. Sounds tedious right? Well not in 'Right Click, Love'! It makes for a cute...actually two cute love stories!
What I loved? It was a blog! Hahaha Two best friends begin a blog to post about all their dating traumas and all the less than stellar men they come across in this funny, crazy dating scene. All in hopes that they come across their one true love.
Jodie and Louise learn that sometimes you have to stop looking to find it or realize it was there and you threw it away. Join these two ladies as they blog their way through the ups and downs of their love life or lack of it! :) They post their way through some situations that they wish they could have lived without! lol
You will find their friendship quite real and fierce and their banter quite charming. If you like books that bring a smile to your face this book is for you! If you love a quick romance read with a touch of comedy then this book is for you! I give this book my thumbs up!

This was an interesting book to read. I have never read a book about this kind of topic. I have never really been a fan of speed dating, I believe you don't go looking for love, love finds you.

I know that every reader will relate to this book in their own way, and the people who does like speed dating will really enjoy reading this book. Its a great love story, there are a few ups and downs (stood up dates and dates that just didn't work out), but at the end of the day it was a win-win situation for both girls. Speed dating paid off, and sometimes like in the book, you have to give love that extra push to find the right one - or they find you.

It was great that Jodie and Lou were bloggers and that they documented their "findings" with all their followers, in that way they also helped the other single people out there. If you have tried speed dating before, maybe your story is the same as Jodie and Lou's - as long as you find a happy ending like they did, then it's all that counts. :)

I loved the concept of this story. Jodie and Louise are two single ladies taking on the London dating scene with little success. They take their experiences to a blog and let the world in on their awkward expeditions. Louise is painted as the more attractive and outgoing one, while Jodie is the shy friend. They have each other's backs and persuade the other to go over the line to enjoy life. Speed dating adds another dating notch on their belt. I was expecting complete disaster by the way thing were going, but was pleasantly surprised when Feeney gave the ladies a few viable options.

Feeney drew me in with her snappy narrative and lively characters. I adored Jodie and Louise and felt their pain from similar dating disappointments. This was a short, fun read that I throughly enjoyed an afternoon reading.

Thank you to MB Feeney and Renaissance Romance Publishing for gifting me with a copy of Right Click, Love in exchange for an honest review. I look forward to reading more from MB Feeney in the future.

Right Click, Love is the story of two London BFFs trying to navigate their way through life and love with the help of their blog.

Jodie and Louise are totally relatable as two women trying to find Mr. Right. I laughed out loud many times throughout the novella, but it had its serious moments, too. Being single can be a blast, but for many others, it can be a frustrating time, especially when you're the only single girl among your happily married friends. In this story, we feel the frustration of that nagging, universal question "Will I ever meet Mr. Right?"

I won't spoil it for you, but for Jodie and Louise, that question is answered. :)

MB Feeney's storytelling is wonderful, weaving fantastic dialogue with an equally fantastic friendship, making it a very enjoyable, quick read. I look forward to reading more of her work.

M.B. Feeney I believe I am in love!! I absolutely loved this novella! Right Click Love was amazing! I could not have asked for a better novella if I had tried!

Right Click Love was a funny, witty novella about two best friends Jodie and Lousie who decide to create a blog to document their dating experiences in finding Mr. Right. I have to say M.B. Fenney had me hook, line, and sinker right from the beginning this novella is so different from what you usually see its absolutely unique in its own way, its funny and I love that the characters are real and relatable.

Not only were the characters great but the plot was fantastic I love the fact that the novella progresses fast so you read through it fairly quickly, I call them lunch-time reads. I definitely recommend this novella if you haven't downloaded it go for it you will not be disappointed this one will keep you smiling!

I have to say M.B. Feeney is the queen of short stories.
Yet again Right Click, Love gave me everything that a full length novel would give me.

A story of two bloggers talking about their journey to find love. It was fun and a delightful story. I loved that there two main characters where females, the blogging of looking for love was funny, true to real life and so down to earth. The girls friendship was lovely how they where both there for one another. It was also nice to see the male characters not taking a major part.

It's an easy read one that I read within an hour (I didn't burn the dinner this time). It grabbed me from the first sentence.

I'm so looking forward to reading more of M.B. Feeney's work.

It's not easy to write comic fiction, or to do it well. It requires a certain lightness of touch, a willingness to embrace vulgarity without becoming a slave to it, and a degree of control that goes way beyond that required for, say, an everyday romance or generic fantasy novel.

In Right Click, Love, Feeney has amply demonstrated her possession of these qualities. The book is funny without being stupid, believable without being humdrum, and there is not a dull moment in it. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Unlike so many independently published novels, the work has been properly edited and finished, and is altogether a delightful read.

Right Click Love is the story of two best friends trying to find their "perfect man". After so many years of searching and trying lots of different angles like speed dating and internet dating they start a blog to chart their dates and progress.

It's a lovely short book that is very true to life, I don't believe you can go looking for love I believe you have to wait for it to find you when the time is right.

I love that one of the characters has the same name as me, usually they have really unusual names so to find one with a normal plain name was a change.

A lovely short lighthearted read about love.

I loved the plot of this story. It's def worth the read. It's starts with two girls looking for Mr right and totally meeting every Mr wrong possible! I went into different ways on how the girls met these Mr wrongs, speeding dating, being hooked up by friends, internet dating etc.. this girls wrote about there horrid dates on a blog. The story shows the bond between the girls and how hard it is when one of them find a man, which leads to not seeing each other so much, the real world in a book really! It is a happy ending for both the girls but a sad ending for the readers, the girls found there ever afters, while I am sat here wanting more from Jodie and Louise!

This was a fantastic little read. I loved the friendship between the two female leads in this book; Louise and Jodie. I loved the little blog that they ran in the book and I also loved how the ladies were always there for each other to lean on and the book took us on a journey through Lou and Jodie's dating life. I hope that there is a sequeal to this novella and I would love to find out what has become of the ladies now that they have been with their mates for some time. Fantastic work by a fantastic writer and friend.

Mich delivers a short but very sweet tale of two women struggling to find love in 'The Big Smoke'.
Louise and Jodie are looking for romance, but not necessarily true love. They publish their antics of the dates they attend on a blog. Some dates are ok, some are disastrous.
This tale is funny, witty and written very well. I loved the author's writing style and she kept me hooked until I read 'The End'.
This book is smart, funny and refreshing! You won't be disappointed.
