Thank you to the author for gifting this book.

A very thought provoking, beautifully written emotive piece of writing with such potential. I so wish this was a full novel.

A mini Sci-Fi type story of love, life, friendship, loss, grief, joy and hope rolled into one.

Also be mindful of Trigger Warnings before reading.

This is a 25 page short story that can be read very quickly. I liked the concept and idea of reincarnation. Max is a 10 year old that passes on. He is reborn on a far away planet but still remembers his life on earth. It was fascinating to learn about the new planet and life there. It was especially sweet to see his friendship with Blily. But Max only wants to get back and see his parents.

This story has a very intriguing ending. It did leave me with a lot of questions as I tried to connect the dots. What happens to Max next? Will the family be reunited? How? This is a good premise for a full length novel. Deals with love, loss, new beginnings, friendship, interplanetary travel, death, rebirth. All packed into 25 pages.

The author reached out to me via TikTok and provided me with the opportunity to read their novella and provide a review.

I think the concept of the book is there but it felt a little rushed and it didn’t explore all the concepts in depth enough for me. It was not sectioned into chapters either which I believe it should have.

This isn’t a book I would personally go out of my way to read as it’s not my favourite genre in general. However, I think the author is talented and has a lot of potential.

Readers should form their own opinions on the novella as it does have a wide range of reviews.

Thank you again for providing me with the opportunity to read your work. Well done!

3 stars - I received a copy of this book from the author. I have to say that considering the books length, it had quite a lot of great descriptions. I could picture everything going on very vividly. The world that the author built in 25 pages honestly surpassed some larger and more known novels I have read. I loved that about the book!

I think this was definitely a solid read from an author that is just starting out. It was even pretty touching and emotional at the end. ❤️

This was such a cute, beautiful short story.
A couple of things seemed a bit odd but for the most part it was really good and emotional. I think if this was expanded on it could actually be an incredible story. I found myself wanting to know more. What happens next? I definitely recommend picking it up for a quick, emotional read. Thank you to the author for letting me check it out.

One Way Ticket To Earth
By: Daniele Vaccaro

When I started this book, I didn't fully know what to expect. I knew the description sounded interesting and that I liked the reviews that I had seen. But other than that, I only knew that I was excited to have it on my “Read As I Can” list and then move it to my May's Author's Choice.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that this was a short story. That felt like it was a three hundred page book. The two plots combining into one was both thrilling, interesting, and drew the reader into the story. I especially loved the Easter Egg that Vaccaro, threw in about the characters.
I loved his writing style that allowed the the reader to go through all the emotions. The sadness from the loss of the child. The interest from the plot growing. The bond of friendship between two children. And finally, the ending. Which held both happiness, sadness and a new beginning.
After reading this, I honestly could not hit five stars fast enough. After doing some research, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this book was also on Kindle Unlimited and on Audible. Which gives you multiple options on how to read if interested.
I know if am jumping at the chance to read he's next book “Leave Something Behind”.

This was a really short story. it was interesting and had a really good plot outline. I think it would make a good novel where we get to know Max before he is 10 so the reader can be invested in him and then a fleashed out transition to his new home and upbringing there and his friendships. I think it would make an awesome heartfelt story.

This book was absolutely beautiful, for ways that will be different for everyone….
I loved the way it was written, the details, the way it left you to wonder, get outside of your box or simply confirm what you’ve always felt…..
I won’t give a lot of details because this is a very short 40 page book but let me tell you it packs a punch and will leave you contemplating long after you’re done!
Max is a boy who’s dying and years before had given his mom a 4 leaf clover, as he is going his mother gives it to him letting him know they will always find each other
Powerful story on love, life, death and what might come next

I am unable to completely share my reason (without giving too much away) for loving this story but I am certain each of us will have our own reason
Thank you Daniele for reminding us to think with our hearts

One Way Ticket to Earth by Daniele Vaccaro
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This quick but meaningful story follows Max, a 10 year old boy who passes away on Earth and is reborn on a new planet. With memories of Earth and home, he is determined to find his way back. The descriptive writing Daniele uses paints a very clear picture of another world. We can really feel Max’s determination and love for his home throughout the entire story. Thanks to Daniele for sending it my way!

The author reached out and asked if I would read his book of course I said yes but my opinions are all my own as always!!

I quite enjoyed my time reading this, it being a short book (25 pages) I thought you wouldn’t get what you wanted out in the pages but from start to finish the story was clean and consistent!!

The ending got a little tear out of one of my eyes so that’s always a good thing!!

Received a copy from the author- Daniele Vaccaro.

For such a short story i feel i can only rate this 3⭐️, as there is a lack of depth to the characters, world and plot etc. Yet, it was sweet! Sad but thought-provoking and a nice quick read if you have the chance.

Thankyou again to the author for sending a copy!

I really enjoyed this short story. So many emotions! I think the author did a good job of showing how grief can affect different people & also how God sends people just when you need them. Would love to know more about what happens after Max returns to Earth.

This is a short story. It goes straight to the point and message of the story. It talks about how strong certain bonds are, and these bonds go beyond life itself.

This was such a sad yet beautifully cute story. Even though it’s a quick read—barely 30 minutes—it carries a powerful message. The book reflects on humanity as a whole, showing how we can be destructive and vile, but also reminding us that love is what endures at the end of the day.

For such a short story, it left an impact on me. It manages to make you pause and think about our planet, our choices, and the connections that keep us human. Definitely worth the read if you’re looking for something short, meaningful, and thought-provoking.

(thank you to the author for sending me this book!!)

This book was only 25 pages but somehow it was very emotional. I got so easily attached to the characters. Reading this felt like watching one of those sad advertisements. You know they’re short but you’re still hooked and they still break your heart.

I guess this book describes the definition of love in such a deep level it’s almost impossible not to feel something for it. Wanting to put yourself through whatever, to be with the people that make you feel at home. it was done so well.
