All the recipes in here sounded amazing and I hope one day to travel to Nunavut and be able to try fresh seal and char. I'm going to try making the Bannock. Also enjoyed the stories and details given to us about those that contributed recipes. I would recommend this also as a good beginner how to cookbook as especially in the beginning it shows how to dice and cut up many types of vegetables as well as how to fillet different types of fish.
