How do you navigate through cascading challenges when every wave might be a tempest?

Julie and her allies, including Taylor and Eglantine, plunge into the abyss of the Deep, liberating dragons from Mordred's malevolent clutches.

But victory is fleeting—can they decipher Mordred’s ominous, elusive schemes before it's too late?

In the halls of Avalon, a peace summit meant to unify paranormals against looming threats teeters on the brink of collapse amid anti-war protests. Julie, grappling with the mysteries of the perilous void knife and staving off attacks from the enigmatic Wild Hunt, finds herself adrift amidst a sea of crises.

Can she anchor her leadership and find a way to steer the alliance against the dark tide Mordred is unleashing?

Plunge into a tale of undulating mysteries, powerful magic, and the eternal dance between despair and hope, as Julie seeks to awaken allies long-forgotten and navigate the treacherous waters of loss, leadership, and war.

Will the awakening of ancient powers herald the fall of Mordred, or will the abyss consume them all?

A long time ago I was born in Los Angeles. That's where I spent many of my formative years. After I became an adult, I moved around for a bit before ending up in a small town in Oregon, very similar to Bailey's hometown. Greenhearth is fake, if you haven't already Googled that, but it's like many small towns with less than 1,000 people.

My pets...
I love animals, especially my two even if they do create havoc in my daily life. I have a cat, named Snowstorm, Storm for short. Then I have a rescue, Josephine. She's a Labradoodle - I think. It's hard to say but it's the best I can come up with.

What I'm working on...
I'm already working on the next book in the series - was working on it before Bad Attitude came back from editing. And now that it has released, need to stay on track with A Bit Aggressive.

One more book to go

I have got to read this series back to back but looks like only one more book to go, lucky for me it comes out in less than a week so all good there is also talk of a new series set in same world (I guess advertised in last book so will be interested in that) series
All in all I enjoyed this series this book 15 could be the end but last book 16 is titled queen so hopefully it will give us a better ending more happy one then this one. (And I guess a twist with evil, as the evil has a way of coming back)
I think from book one you could see where this was going and her friendship with Taylor was weird for the first three book he was a friend and commented on pretty women, then I like you let's date? Clearly it's a slow burn romance and very PG (so ok for teen reads) but it did feel strange to read this series there is no true mates or fated so just I like you.
Also it was clear who the queen was to her even though no one knew.I wish they explained how her father died 100 years ago but she is 21?
Also I thought a lot in past books why don't eggy shift, yes she is young maybe human form happens when you age a little, but it is never said you would think Julia would ask? If it was said as I read late into the night it must of been a line that got lost in other details. Some things should come up more like others ask.hopefully in last book we will see 12 year old looking human Dragon age and see the world in two feet.Maybe a love interest? (When she looks 20 of course)
I'm a unlimited books reader who reads a lot this was listed under that umbrella so got to read from my membership.I will read this author again.I

This series is focussed on Julia she thought she was human finds out she not ( not original) but then she steps in and up to who she truly is, the mystery behind her bloodline keeps you reading it's clear where it's going but you follow her grow into her power and watch her kind heart set in a supernatural world with different types we learn as she learns about the world from her POV..

One thing I haven’t mentioned in my reviews is that these books have DRAGONS. lots of dragons, big and small, flying, crawling, ice, fire etc. good and bad. They are a major part of the books.
And Genevieve, the magical 71 Mustang Mach 1, she brightens everything up whenever she appears.
And of course there is Hat, who is actually Merlin.
I love how the authors have brought the Arthurian myths so fully into the paranormal world. It works great.
This book is about Julie and friends venturing into the deep to free the dragons from Mordred’s clutches. It also covers the problems they are having in Avalon with peaceful protests against the war. Both problems can disturb the peace summit that Taylor is organizing that they hope will unite all paranormals.
There are also the ongoing problems of Mordred’s void knife, the wild hunt that keeps showing up as well as the ill health of Queen Esmerelda.
There is a lot of action, magic, dragons, suspense, humour and surprises.
Julie has changed so much since she was a human brought into Avalon in error. She now knows she’s a lunar fae, a direct descendent of Arthur, and heir to the Eternal Throne.
As always, this is an easy, quick, enjoyable read, one that seems to keep getting better.

'Peacemaker', was very full of Battles, & War.

But you have to break an egg, if you want to make an omelette - and war, hopefully, is always the precursor to Peace.

Peace is all that Julie, Taylor, and everyone in Avalon Town really want. But, with Mordred and his Void Knife - the dragon Killer, which keeps helping him to escape death at every turn - still at large, Julie is getting more and more determined that they have to stop him.

With so many of Eglantine's future Subjects warped by Mordred's dark magic, Julie is desperate to help her Dragon Partner/Companion, to find a way to bring them back out of the dark, but is stymied by Mordred's Void Knife.

But, then, The Morrigan calls for her, and tells her of a prophecy that needs to be fulfilled, and very soon, and this starts a whole new adventure for Julie and those she loves!

This was yet another awesome read, in a whole series of them and, even though it's late at night - or early in the morning - I'm going on to the final book of the series, which is Book 16: 'Queen', to see how this magnificent story ends!

So, once I've finished it, I'll catch you on the flip side, to let you know what I think of this last book, & the series altogether!

Epic battles, daring do, the restoration of another ancient group

The story of Julie, Taylor, and Eggy moves toward its inevitable conclusion. New fascinating characters join the story. So satisfying that love and bravery win the war and change the world. These stories don’t disappoint! A dense, multi layered tapestry is being woven out of words alone. A world is created and more details are filled in with every volume. The Arthurian legend is seminal in literature and this series of books fleshes out all the characters. King Arthur will live forever.

When I think it’s the last one…

Love this series so far. I just can’t believe there’s another book and honestly I’m hoping the next one is the last one, don’t give me wrong. I really do love it but golly there is so many story threads. They just need to be untangled and it’s taking this long, lol, no things keep on getting added but it is a great series. Just wow, so umm, get ready for this roller coaster.

A win and heart ache

Julie and her people are fighting two battles, one against Mordred and his dark magic. The other against misguided Paras who see the war as evil and do not realize what would happen if Mordred won. As usual the book was so good I could not put it down. I am very much looking forward to the next book, but am sad it finishes the series.

It's going to be interesting to see how there is one book left and the "Big-Bad" was corralled in this book. Maybe a whole book on rebuilding, setting up for the future, and (obviously) starting as the Queen? As usual, a long series, but plenty going on with interesting characters and lots of action.

An absolutely fantastic series!!!!!

Congratulations to Renee Jagger and Michael Anderle for this intriguing series. It’s extremely hard to find such interesting and exciting authors who not only write intelligently but also provide top rated plots, characters and excitement in their stories. I’m really looking forward to the next book.

Reunited once more

A cataclysmic ending to a prolonged battle that will leave you clenching you teeth in expectations. The author really pulls on the power of good vs evil and shows us what it means to take it to the next level. The characters have all grown up & now have grown into their destiny.

Satisfying conclusion to many story threads.

It was nice to see Julie grow into an adult leader who can trust enough to delegate responsibility to others.

A Good Ending

Glad to see a satisfying ending. Still another one to read. But the main villain is gone. About time. The next book will wrap everything up.
