I may have issues with the Howe/Walker old school dogma in the reviews section, but there is no denying this is as comprehensive an overview of the classic series as you will find anywhere, whether in multiple paper editions or via the BBC website.

Brilliant book, I read it cover to cover very quickly!!!!! Lots of information, and good fun!!!!!! I find this book really interesting, and there’s a lot of TV history in it, and I love reading it!!!!! Highly recommend!!! Not just for Doctor Who fans, but also for people who just love TV!!!

Read this a while ago but still remains an unmissable reference point for any query regarding the classic series
