interesting as always.
This volume includes a section on kids and teens. Children who present to the ER in a state where little be done. There was one child whose was internally decapitated. Another woman whose breast cancer was ravaging her breast and sternum. And yet another who , when opened up was full of maggots and the stench unimaginable.
There are always heartfelt cases that are so sad.
