I live in Australia with my family.I am not a writer, but my life became my inspiration to write about the relationship between God and man. For me writing my book was a gift; I embraced it with all my heart. I do not consider myself a religious person however, I appreciate a strong feeling of love which prevails inside me and that love is the love of God. I believe in Abrahamic faiths; For me the religion of God is the religion of love, the voice of pure reality that cannot be broken down a divine gift for all people.

By common standards, the book might be seen as controversial, but in short, it is definitely an interesting read for those with open-minds.

Written based on personal experience and 'interactions' with God, this book presents the writer's very personal view of the Divine love, implying the life-changing power of a strong faith.

I think the book is enriching, at the very basis, acknowledging that God is absolutely above all religions.

By default a religion defines how we pray. This book, in my opinion, presents 'religion' in a very different perspective - a recognition that God is truly for all, beyond the different religious rituals.

Not many people have the luxury - not to say patience nor willingness - to browse verses/stories from the different holy books of the earth's major religions. This book brings the verses in a non-judgmental comparison, without any inclination towards any particular religious rules, but rather, acknowledged the reference of the holy books towards the single creator of the universe.

For strong believers of any particular religion, this book will not change the way to see God, but I think it highlights enlightening points of view of the different religious beliefs themselves.

The first thing I noticed about this book was the awesome layout, with background graphics, outer page borders, and appropriate Scripture quotes that are relevant to the theme being discussed in the text. However, one thing that stood out right away was the use of Quran quotes as well. This author did a wonderful job of demonstrating how all religions are a pathway to the same God, and therefore should be respected, and the beauty of such should be appreciated.

Something I truly liked, besides the expected tales of her journey of spiritual actualization, she included her family history of abuse, which was significant in creating a world which caused her to seek God. This book discusses the holy books, prophets, prayer, and more. The author tells what each of those topics mean to her, and the techniques she utilized to create a closer relationship with God. Unlike some spiritual books, she continues to admit that she is imperfect and therefore may stray or become lazy. She gives examples on the things that she does in order to prevent such deviation from her path of enlightenment. I read this in one sitting because I could truly feel the writer's passion for the topic, and I appreciate the urgency she felt to write such a book hoping to help others. Kudos to you Flora D!

God is a quest, not a conclusion, but from the beginning, it seems that Flora D, the author, has found him/her (G). This fact itself creates a distance towards the text for a reader like me who is still a seeker.

Flora D, as she states herself, is not a professional writer. She wrote this book because she felt the call of God and became aware of duty. But it is pretty amazing to find a non-professional writer writing such an inspirational book. It works, really. The book is essentially divided in 11 different chapters from the 'Preface' to 'The End'. It is a very well-illustrated book with lots of quotations from great religious books of different great religions. The author talks about the divine touches she witnessed in her life along with dedicated segments on spirituality, religion, faith, prophets, the holy books and also the purpose and processes of praying. But what interests me the most is the 10th chapter. it's a chapter titled 'No Answer'. This is a section where the text really transcends the boundaries and becomes the mind of a seeker that can belong to any religion from any part of the world.

This is a book that, I feel, is quite personal. It has an approach like inter-personal communication. Probably that's the reason it becomes inspirational for a troubled soul.

A very intriguing read indeed!

Divine Touch: Forgotten Truth of Unity offers one simple, clear premise and provides text from the Quran supporting this message: tells you that you can change your life by simple, strong faith. As such, it begins with promise, certainty, and spiritual fervor and is a recommendation for any who do not believe in chance and who believe there's a purpose in everything. There is an acceptance of various religious belief systems, different ways of expressing love of GOD, and the basic questions that unify all seekers. 'Ultimate love' (God) answers these questions in different ways and this is also examined in an accepting manner that embraces all religious tenants where God is the center of that love. Throughout the observations, the focus is on unity: unity between belief and action, between faith and wider applications of love, and between disparate religious that would see differences where in fact similarities are marked. It is for seekers who would achieve greater understanding of God's purpose through a process of both self-inspection and insightful passages from the Bible and Quran alike.

Journey finding God

When I pursued the book, “Divine Touch” by Flora D, I wasn’t so sure, what to expect. But alas, was I surprised. The book is a divine treasure for once soul. I’m so glad that I found it and could read it and I appreciate it.

I took her book into my heart. The chapter “Dark night” really touched me, my heart. It was as if I was reading my own thoughts. It was written out of my heart. She wrote my words, my thinking. We have and we will overcome all the challenges they are thrown out at us.

Quotes from her Book:

“Believe that you have.”
“God created the universe out of love.”
“Is my faith real?”
“How can I have more faith?”
“How can I look into the universe with joy and awe without acknowledging God?”

Hope and trust is all you need and stay in God’s love.

Thank you Flora, I am so happy to be your friend. And thank you for sharing your innermost feelings in such great way.

Your book is a treasure.
