In this well-balanced romance and western romp, Flynn has created a great cast of characters, both good and bad, with defining personalities and depth.

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. I knew very little about this book when I decided to ask to review it. I thought the synopsis sounded interesting but past that nothing. What I found in this book was absolutely amazing. This book does not contain any sex it is also a stand alone.
In this book we meet Kit and Sam. Kit and Sam were friends when they were younger but something has happened one night when Kit was 18. Kit also has a huge grudge against Sam's father and to some degree Sam. Kit believes that Sam's father swindled her father out of his land to make a profit with oil he found on it.
Sam knows his father has done some very bad things and this is why he left home in a hurry 6 years ago. Sam also knows that he can right the wrong from his father, he just needs one stubborn woman to stop and listen to him. Sam has come back to town to help the people of this town and possibly save it from economic downturn like so many other small towns.
This is a great story about forgiveness, trust, and love. Each of these characters have some issues that they must learn about and start learning to overcome before they can be whole. This is a story that will keep you hooked from the first word to the very end it will have you rooting one moment, sighing in frustration for these people the next. I would recommend it to anyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading about Kit and Sam. Their second chance at love has so many roadblocks it seems they'll never make it, but this story manages to pull it all together in a believable way. Kit's single-minded devotion to the land makes her a strong and sometimes hard-headed heroine. Sam is simply delicious - chivalrous, helpful, and charming. There's even a conniving villainess in the mix! Rogue's Son is a real treat to read.

Its a nice cute and people who like clean romance will love it. Sam and Kit are both likable characters, the plot is nice. Darcy flynn did a good job with this one. But her first one Keeper of My Heart is still my fav :)

Sweet Romance!
This is a sweet, light, romantic read. Prepare to fall in love with the hero! The story is well written with interesting characters and a good storyline. If you like clean romance you will certainly enjoy this book!

Rogue's Son by Darcy Flynn is a book that will draw you in deeper and deeper as you read until you can't put it down. Ms. Flynn has given us a book that is well-written and packed it with amazing, lovable characters. Kit is struggling to keep her family's B&B solvent. Sam has opened a lodge on the neighboring ranch but he needs something from Kit to open his resort to capacity. Their story is full of drama, humor and sizzle. I enjoyed reading Rogue's Son and look forward to reading more from Darcy Flynn in the future. Rogue's Son is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

Fantastic. I think I need to add another name to my already very extensive list of favourite authors. I. Loved. This. Book. I absolutely will read this again and again and... okay, again! As I read it and the romance heated up I wasn't sure if this was going to be a clean or steamy romance but I was very pleased to see that it remained clean throughout (although, let me tell you, those kisses - wowza!!). I will definitely be purchasing from this author again without any hesitation and full recommend her work. Really enjoyed it!

ROGUE'S SON by DARCY FLYNN is a FOUR AND A HALF STAR read, in my opinion. I really liked it but am not sure if I'm keeping it in my "REread FIRST" pile or not. I enjoyed the storyline and the strong characters. Kit took a while to move beyond the heartaches of the past but, given that she had lived with them for so many years, it was understandable that she would have trouble trusting and letting go. She went toe-to-toe with Sam from beginning to end and I really liked that. Sam was moderately mysterious and the steady reveals to his depth of love and moral character were enough to have me rooting for him throughout the story. This is a cleanly written book with no coarse language and tender somewhat steamy, romantic moments. This was my first read by this author. I will definitely look for more works from Darcy Flynn!

I loved the interplay between the hero and heroine in this book and the ending was perfect! I also enjoyed the secondary characters. Darcy Flynn does a great job of putting you in the book. Her sensory descriptions help you to feel along with her characters. The plot was clear and easy to follow, with just enough twists and turns to keep it interesting. When something surprised me, I could look back and see that the clues were there, so it made sense and wasn't coming from left field, the mark of a well-written book. If you up for a fun, romantic read, Darcy Flynn has got just the thing for you!

I absolutely loved this story. The circumstances surrounding Sam and Kit's relationship made you want to find out what truly happened between his father and Kit's father. Knowing the damage that his father caused Kit and her family, he wanted nothing more than make things right for them and for himself. Glad he was there for her in the end and loving her all those years made him more motivated to do so. To make sure she is happy always.

This was another good and sweet read for me.
I enjoyed the story and the way it is building up to their HEA. It was not rushed like you might find in other books. This seemed nice and natural.
I loved their back-story; I also liked that we didn’t find out right away what led to their parting in the first place. It gave it some suspense.

I received a copy of this book for an honest review. I was a little frustrated because I had trouble uploading book to my system but finally this problem was resolved. I LOVED IT!!! I always enjoy a well written story of forgiveness and redemption. This is an author that will be added to my favorites shelf.

I received a copy of this book for an honest review. This is a clean, beautiful, and sweet romance. The book also reflects on forgiveness and not holding grudges. Once you start reading this book you won't be able to put it down. I look forward to reading more of Darcy Flynn's books.
