This ground breaking book provides an invaluable process for recognizing this all-too-common phenomena. Wonderfully introspective, the book provides an invaluable life-lesson to any business professional desiring to improve their business relationships.

This book takes the concepts from "Leadership and Self-Deception" to a more detailed and insightful level. I find its ability to be applied in daily life a bit more practical and defined as well. I learned that although the only person you can change is yourself, when you take responsibility for changing your own attitudes and behavior, others often choose to change theirs as well.
