Liked even better the second read, with a deeper level for meta-cognition. Couldn't help but compare a variety of gifts to multiple intelligences. May seem to drag in the wariness of a gifted child over her father's eccentricities, but trust can build over time to overcome fear. Resolution by the end is intriguing enough to warrant a sequel someday...
