Actually, what I read was "No Need for Tenchi: Eleven, Part 4", which was a comic that started at ch.70, so I assumed that it was in V11.
It was a nice book, though starting to yellow, with bright ink and nice pictures. And, it was very easy to read.

It starts off with some reasonably good emotional stuff AND THEN GETS INTENSE. It feels like the writer's been holding back on this in favor of sitcom, but really, the combination works better.
