The best shortbread cookie receipe ever is in this book!!!!
3/4 C flour
1/4 C cornstarch
1/2 C butter
1/4 C sugar

Knead into soft ball.

Bake 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes

This is my toddler’s favorite cookbook. The pictures are great and most of the recipes are short and easy. This week we’re thoroughly enjoying the Linzer cookies.

I liked this book.... It was just as the title said: "Step-by-step. There are plenty of mouth-watering photos and easy to follow recipes on glossy paper.
What I didn't like was the binding, it is paper and will eventually split... and the print is very small. For this reason I took off a star.
