I knew what I'd been doing wasn't working, but I couldn't put my finger on it. Rather than being fulfilled as a Servant Leader, I felt burnt-out and stressed-out. Jon Kidwell does an incredible job explaining why and redefining Servant Leadership in a way that lifts the organization's mission, the staff working to fulfill it, and the leader amplifying the impact of both.
