With the purchase of one book, his demons give way to revenge. All who stood against him become victims to a revenge only available through supernatural means.

Jimmy finds great escape in books and Halloween. Jimmy visits a new bookshop where he purchases a new book....But it can't be returned or can't be refunded. But why? It's just a book right??
Halloween's origins are much darker than Jimmy realised.

Book length is 97 pages and a great short read. Gripped me from page one and couldn't put it down. Read it in one sitting.

Book is descriptively written. Occult vibes. Does contain some vivid scenes of accidents. The ending of this book has left it on a cliffhanger, so can't wait to see what Julie's story entails.

Ooo, how good this was! What a great little creepy. Garrett Gorham writes books that make you shiver as your eyes race along to see WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN! I gobbled this one right up. Reminded me alot of some of Stephen King's stories. That same connection with the characters, they come alive in the words written. Loved it!

A mind in thrall

Jimmy Strode is tired of being humiliated and ostracized. He wishes to make his tormentors pay. Then he finds a bookstore and an occult book which can make his dark dreams come true. A book which was well crafted and gave me the chills.

This was a very fun read. I thought this was a good story with a lot of gore. It definitely made me want this turned into a movie. It's the perfect book for anyone that likes creepy and gore stories. I can't wait to read another book by Garrett Gorham.

This was a pretty good horror story. The ending wasn't expected. Contains some gory details, but that just adds to the horror aspect of the story. I really felt sorry for Jimmy and what he went through on a daily basis. Dark and twisted story.

If you love suspense and a bit of a thriller, this book is for you! Mystery bookshop just appears and chooses Jimmy to wreak havoc in their town and Jimmy’s life. Will Jimmy succeed or ruin his life? This book wasn’t what I was expecting and I was happily surprised and intrigued by the story.

After the first few pages, I knew this was a book I wasn’t going to be able to put down, until I got to The End. If you like dark, absolutely unpredictable, twisted, raise-the-hair-on-the-back-of-your-neck type of horror and suspense as much as I do, you can't go wrong with this book!
