The book starts off talking about UFOs and alien abductions. This includes descriptions of the physical structure of the aliens and UFO sightings. Some abductions are discussed next, along with the concept of 'missing time. More encounters with UFOs are discussed, along with the Kenneth Arnold sighting. Some alternative explanations of what had happened are given. It also covers a mystery involving Apollo 11.
