Mafie Queen: Brutal Boys of the Mafie

Rate this book

Evie When I was a little girl, my mother used to tell me everything would be okay. Scary movie? Don’t worry, it gets better. You believe monsters are under your bed? Don’t worry, daddy will slay them. But what happens when you grow up and your mother is no longer there to reassure you? Or your father can’t be at your side to fight your battles with you? What do you do when you’re all alone?

As I sit in this cell, I think about all of the moments in my life that I've been afraid. Every time I would jump or let fear determine my actions. I reflect on just how many of those times he got to me and made the nightmare so much worse.

With the men I love now gone from the world, there is nowhere left to turn. Not all of us survived that battle, and I don’t think there are enough left to keep waging a war. So, what’s a girl to do?

He calls me Little Warrior, so maybe that’s who I need to be. A warrior on a mission to take down the league that trained me.

He’s the villain in my story, but I’m determined to make sure he won’t be the villain to anyone else.

This book is a DARK secret society romance. It contains graphic content of abuse, assault, and murder that some readers may be particularly sensitive to. If you have any triggers or are even remotely unsure, please heed the note at the beginning of this book. It also contains explicit sexual content that is not intended for readers under the age of 18. This is a why choose/reverse harem, meaning the main female character will end up with multiple men in the end. It is written in Multiple POV.

This is the third and final book of the Brutal Boys of the Mafie. And it did not disappoint. There were so many twists and turns. I may have thrown (gently) my kindle a few times.

We are at a point where Evie is missing, and her men (Lev, Alexi, and Damien) are trying to find where she is. Do they find her? Do they get revenge? How does it all end?

I loved reading about Evie, and her three men, as well as her found family. I’m also excited to see where Laney and Nessa’s stories lead.

The spice did not disappoint. There was still pierced peen, looking for new experiences, spitting, and the therapeutic way they took care of each other.

What an EPIC book and finale to the Brutal Boys of Mafie series!!!!

It's been a rollercoaster of emotions. I've been laughing, crying and gasping all throughout the book. I could not put it down and now feel like I might be in a reading slump. I feel so empty.

There's a lot of torture and trauma in this book and the way the recovery was handled is exquisite. Even though most of the scenes aren't relatable (because it is hardcore torture and mafia stuff) the advice and lessons learned are so applicable to real life. It had me tearing up many times.

Damien really shines in this book. He's hilarious, specially in that one chapter with LD (iykyk) 🤣.

The spice was incredible! 🥵 The way all of the boys are so mindful of consent and boundaries is so refreshing and heart melting 🥺.

Havoc remains my favourite male (even though we didn't see as much of him in this one). I can't wait to read more about him, Layne and Arrow in the next book!!
I also really love Nessa and am very excited to read more about her in her books.

There were so many twists and turns I didn't see coming. I was holding my breath in some of these scenes and I kind of hate Tay for making us suffer so much but I do love her for how good these books are despite the pain. 😅

I can't get over how good this series is. I'm obsessed and have to thank @disturbedtwistedtales (on instagram)
for making me read these books. This has definitely made it into my list of top favourite books/series. I'm already predicting this as one of my favourite reads of the year.

If you like dark romance do yourself a favour and read these books. I promise you won't regret it.

“Grief is what proves to us that we have something worth fighting for.”

Oh. My. God. Can I just say, mafia why choose PERFECTION? Because, yessss it was that good!! I devoured this book, like seriously could not stop reading, the plot twists, the fcking spice, the MM scenes, the drama, everything was just SO GOOD!!! Mafie Queen is the final book for the Brutal Boys of the Mafie and the trilogy could not have ended better. It was the perfect finale for them and Evie. She deserved her happy ending and her freedom to finally be herself and be happy with her boys. I loved everything about these books and this is absolutely becoming my new obsession, I already can't wait to have all the books on my shelf so I can look at it every day and reread it every chance I get. Amazing stories, the novellas were also so beautiful and I'm so excited to see more of Laney and her guys and also Nessa's story, ohhh I'm so excited about that!!

ARC Review!

Listennnn…I had to get on this arc review because I ate this series all the way uppppp! So good! I recommend this dark romance series for sure! I’ve been waiting for this to drop! I love the way Oldin writes and love her all her characters!

The book starts out right where we left off! My review will have some spoilers***

Some great quotes in this book right off the bat! I was like dang, reflecting and ish! Like… “peace isn’t staying still, it’s being so full of life, all you can do is chase the next breath in hopes for more it. Being still is death. It’s hollow. It’s me.” Chefs kiss👩🏻‍🍳💋 there’s a lot throughout this whole book!

Spoiler, our kings are still alive thank goodness! In the last book it made it seem like they weren’t gonna make it! Evie didn’t believe herself for a bit as well!

After being saved from Damien’s dad and Adrik, Evie had to work on Deprogramming her way of thinking which was not an easy task, as well as dealing with the effect her being taken had on her men. So much trauma and healing in this book before kicking butt! But I love how Oldin didn’t make it a quick chapter about it and actually showed how it’s a process and with love, therapy, and support you need to show someone who is dealing with a trauma. It showed the importance of being patient, showing supporting, and it giving it time. The men truly made Evie strong and taught her what it’s like to feel actual love. 💗 each one brought out different strengths in her and each other. Their dynamic worked and just made sense. So we continue to see that and as she becomes more Queen like in this book!

There’s a wedding! Yes all the things! We go on a crazy ride yall! so much, and really Miss Oldin really gets your emotions and your libido going in this book! Another chefs kiss! Just when you think you got it figured out another plot twist!

Quick sidenote: loveeeee the Boris and Nessa relationship and hope to see more on that! I’m investeddddd!

Spice Level: 🌶️🌶️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️ you get alllllll different wonderful scenes as per usual!

And don’t be sad when you’re done! Looks like some more good things are coming out after this! So stay tuned!

Wow! Just wow! This new, indie author just got bumped up to my top 5 why-choose authors!
This is by far one of the best and most romantic most loving rh series I’ve ever read! I absolutely loved everything about it.. ••Heroes are yummy and swoon-worthy (yes all of them. I can’t choose)
••The female character is bada££ and loving and soo soo strong
••the best friends and close family are all involved and d we even get the pov’s (I love that cause it usually means future books in the same world)
🔥🔥the spice is just perfect! It’s descriptive, it’s sexy, it’s dirty talk galore and the mm? The mm was one of the best mm scenes I’ve ever read!!
And finally I cried. I cried out of happiness and then I cried when it ended. I didn’t want this book to end!
Can’t wait to see what else this up and coming author is going to write but whatever it is I’m there for it!
Highly recommend

I’m so sad the main storyline of this found family is over. We’ve come a long way from Mafie Kings to now with Mafie Queen and I’ve loved every second of it. There is so much in this series that is not in a regular book series, like this one dives deep, especially for a mafia smutty romance novel story. We’re talking safe spaces for all sorts of people including, LGBTQ, People not wanting kids, Age gap relationships, Love after death of a spouse, Polyamory, and so many healthy Mental Health practices. We end this journey on a high note, but I know there is more to come and we’ll see this crew again in the future and I can’t wait. Keep your eyes open for Laney’s second book and Nessa’s story coming soon!

Recommend reading sans panties...you'll lose them anyways

Holy shit. The way this book took me on the rollercoaster of my LIFE. After the cliffy from book 2, I was ready for chaos, but nothing could have compared to this level of mind fuckery.

Fuckery aside, I loved how much these characters grew over these 3 books. Both main characters and supporting went through such a beautiful arc, and I loved watching this found family grow!

THE SPICE. Fuck me, I was not ready for it. I love that it wasn't just thrown in there for shock factor, but was a tool for the characters to grow, trust, and be comfortable in their own skin. It was perfectly written!

I'm literally so sad that this trilogy is over. The way I connected with these characters was really fucking deep, and I can't believe its over.

Props to the author for writing such a phenomenal debut series!

Wow. Just wow. This book was a roller coaster ride. For a new indie author, T.R. Oldin’s brain is a chaotic mastermind of a place. The way this series unfolded was so well done. No tables left unturned, everything resolved nicely, and btw…how does the end of a trilogy end on not one but two cliffhangers? It’s definitely one of those ‘trust the process’ books/series. There was love, loss, betrayal, self discovery, found family, tragedy, conflict, action, and resolution. Everything came full circle.

The spice. Dear gods of lust. Some of these scenes will live in my head rent free forever. If you haven’t picked up this series, start with Mafie Kings right tf now.

Holy shit! Y’all…from start to finish this book was a RIDE! I lost track of the number of times that I was cussing T.R. for various reasons as I was reading this. Despite all that, or maybe because of it, I couldn’t put this book down. Seriously, every time I had to stop reading to do something, I would finish whatever I was doing as quickly as possible so I could get back to this book.

The last full book ended on a doozy of cliffhanger that had me yelling, cussing T.R. (once again), and throwing my kindle. Luckily the novella that came not long after calmed me down somewhat, but Evie was still in the hands of her horrible uncle and Damien’s equally horrible father. To say that those are the two most hated characters in this book, would be an understatement. I was almost as excited to see them get what they deserved as I was for Evie, Damien, Alexi, and Lev to get their HEA.

I have come to absolutely love and adore these characters over this entire series. One of the things that I have loved the most has been to see how much they’ve grown, especially in this book. I’ve made it no secret that Damien has been my favorite of the guys from the very beginning and he seriously cemented himself in that top spot when he stepped up and surprised everyone in this book. I was so proud of my man taking over and sensing what everyone, including himself, needed and what needed to be done, and then just doing it, all while still being his humorous self. While I was worried about my boy Lev there for a little while, when Evie really needed him, he totally came through for her. And Alexi, finally learned to let some things go and let others be in control of those things. And Evie, well she learned that she really wasn’t alone and that she needed to talk things through and not just run off with her own plan.

This book made me love the side characters even more than before, but I think Nessa is the one that stuck with me the most. That girls backbone became evident when she stood up to and yelled at Boris, the king of the Russian mafia, as if he was just a regular person and it had me cackling with glee. Seriously, I need more of Nessa in my life and I can’t wait for her book.

There were so many things that happened in this book that just blew my mind. And that’s all I’m really going to say about it because there are so many twists and turns that I don’t want to spoil anything. Actually I refuse to spoil anything because I want everyone else to have to experience the same emotions that I went through, so that they too can yell at T.R. 😈

No, but for real, I loved not only this book but this series as a whole. And while I’m sad that Evie and the guys’ story is over, I can’t wait for Arrow to my Heart, especially with the way this book ended for Laney. I was so excited to start on this journey at the beginning of the series that I was the first person to sign up for T.R.’s review team and I have never been so glad that I did. This book, this series, the characters and story, are all amazing, and I cannot wait to see what T.R. gives us next!

Absolutely speechless!!

ARC Review!!

(If I could give more I would!)

Thank you @author.t.r.oldin for another absolutely breath taking story and for letting me be a part of your ARC team!!

“Don’t lie to me, or I will call Daddy Lex in here to punish you.”

I'm going to try to keep my review as short as I can, or I'd just ramble on all day 😅

THIS BOOK IS F*CKING AMAZEBALLS!!!!

Evie - This woman is so bloody badass! After EVERYTHING she has been through, she never gives up! She lives for her men and would literally do anything to protect them!

Lev - He has been one of my tops from book 1, and in this book his trauma is handled soo well. Tay did an amazing job with his recovery! Even though he had issues with someone, there was a certain part where my heart actually broke for him 🥺

Damien - THIS F*UCKING MAN!!! OMG seriously I loved him in the other books but in this he absolutely outshined everyone!! He really steps up in this and shows that he's not just the goofy joker he portrays!

Alexi - Daddy Lex was back with passion!! Ohh did he not disappoint! There is a certain scene that made me absolutely ferral for this man!! He too is fighting his demons in this but he's also facing them head on!!

Laney/Havoc/Arrow - this book didn't have many scenes between these as obviously they have their own stories which explore more and I can not wait for their next one! But as always when they were in it, I was in hysterics 😅🤣 We all know Daddy Havoc is my absolute favorite man in this series 🫠

Nessa/Boris - Arghhhh Nessa is one of my all time favorite FC I absolutely LOVE this woman!! I'm so excited to see where her duet takes us!! Boris and Nessas dynamic is so funny. I love their Banter so much!!

Tay I bloody hate you for a certain part in this book!! My heart was literally ripped apart and taken on a massive rollercoaster, but I still love you 😅🤣

Also wtf was that ending ... just drop a bomb and boom done .... 👀👀

I can't stress enough how much I absolutely adore this series and it is an all time top read for me!

Thank you @mortal_reader for coming on this rollercoaster of a journey with me! It's been an absolute blast 🙌🙌

★★★★★

“𝑭𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒚 𝒊𝒔𝒏’𝒕 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒃𝒍𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉. 𝑭𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒚 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒔 𝒚𝒐𝒖’𝒓𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒃𝒍𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒓.”

𝐌𝐚𝐟𝐢𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐞𝐧 was released today and T.R. Oldin makes major magic again! This book wraps up the journey of Evie, Alexi, Lev and Damien and it was done so well. I haven’t been quiet about loving this series since I started it and I’m going to revisit my obsession once again.

First, I love the execution of the why choose and found family trope, luckily it’s done so well because these tropes are a huge part of the series. The second thing that I’m giddy over is the side characters. They’re gold! One of my favourite and unique things Taylor does is write multiple POV’s for all off the characters we know and love. And thank goodness for that because I found myself constantly wanting to see further into their lives and stories - both the baddassery and the romance. Oh and can we talk about the spice?!? Ya wooooo baby!

This conclusion finds Evie in the ultimate fight of her life and believe me she lives up to the title of QUEEN! In this final instalment, she fights for herself, her men and the rest of her found family. All of them come together to exact their own personal vendettas and build a better future personally and in their organizations.

What I’m saying is, please rush to this book world as fast as you can!

I’d like to thank Taylor for providing me with the opportunity to read and review this arc. Thank you also for being so down to earth and open to all of the DMs with my crazy thoughts and questions!

The Brutal Boys of the Mafie trilogy is complete and I don’t know where to go from here! Holy moly, what an amazing journey it has been! The cliffhangers, the twists and turns, the spice, the emotional roller coaster… T.R. held nothing back!

This conclusion, while bittersweet, could not have been more perfect! These characters have become a part of me, I love them all so much.

Mafie Queen picks up where Mafie Trials left us on that massive cliffhanger. This is a happily ever after but it’s not given to us easily! If you like mafia romance, mmfm, found family, revenge plot, touch her/him and d!e, mental health awareness, and spice that will make you melt then I highly recommend you pick up Mafie Kings and start this series asap! Do check the content warnings first, this is dark and may be difficult for some.

TR you fü€k!ng nailed it with this series!!! I still can’t believe this is a debut! Congrats babe, you deserve it!! I am so excited to follow you on your journey and see what you come up with next! You can leave the pineapple off the pizza though 😉

Here are a few of my favorite Mafie Queen quotes:

“Peace isn’t staying still, it’s being so full of life all you can do is chase the next breath in hopes for more of it.”

“The universe gave us the magnificent gift of a strong woman’s love. If the universe wants to take it back, then we will show it that the world will not survive our wrath if we are stripped of our queen.”

“Show me what makes Damien curse when he is deep in your throat.”

“Family isn’t who you share blood with. Family are the ones you’re willing to spill blood for.”

Let me start off by saying  @author.t.r.oldin thank you so much for gracing us with this series. I have loved every second spent reading these books and cannot wait to see what else is to come in the future.

This is the third installment of the Brutal Boy of the Mafie series. You must read the others before starting this. Also read Wreaking Havoc on my Heart after the second.

Spice 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶

5 out of 5😈

💥Revenge

💥Found Family

💥Assassins

💥BDSM

💥Kinks

💥Touch him/her and unalive

💥Mental Health Awareness

💥Bi Acceptance

💥Bi Exploration

💥Primal Play

💥Strong Badass FMC

💥Pineapple on pizza!!!

Picks up right where we left off in WHOMH, and does it ever start off with a bang! So many POVs but I love getting to see inside everyone’s mind. This gives us glimpses into the past as well and we learn some potential secrets along way. Damien takes on the role of leader and it fits him so well. Alexi learns to delegate his responsibilities and not shoulder all the burdens. Lev finds his voice in a different way.

I squealed so many times reading this book! May have blushed a time or two as well. @author.t.r.oldin put my emotions through the ringer. Literal roller coaster of emotions but loved every bit!

All of our favorite characters make an appearance and some new faces emerge. The love between Alexi, Damien, and Lev is one that everyone should strive to find in their life. It is hard to have that level of trust and love between friends, brothers, and lovers.

Now this is controversial buttttt... Pineapple on pizza is wrong! There I said it! I understand the concept of sweet and tangy but no. Just nope!

This story starts off with Evie being separated from everyone else. Damien, Lev, and Alexi are struggling without her, while Laney and Havoc are also separated from each other and Arrow after the events of Wreaking Havoc on my Heart. Things work out best for everyone when they are communicating as a group and not trying to go off on your own., which is reinforced many times throughout this book. When everyone is reunited, they still have to face Adrik and Rostya. There was something cathartic about the story ending where it started, except this time around Evie was avenging her parents and all that has since been lost with her real family beside her. I think I have had a different favorite guy for every book in Evie’s trilogy, but this one has to be Damien; he really stepped up and helped bring their unit together. Plus, his mind is fascinating: his interaction with LD was everything. Mafie Queen has everything I have come to love from T.R. Oldin’s books, including the pineapple pizza debate (I love the way it was included in this one). More importantly, the group of women written in this series are ones who rule with their guys. They hold each other up and do not back down. They come from the same world as their guys and are just as badass as them, if not more so. It is not only Evie, Laney, and Nessa, but Dr. K, Cami, and Brittany. I hope we get to see more of them. I genuinely love this world and am so glad we are not leaving it or seeing the last of Evie and her guys or Mafie University and the island. This series is unique in that we have chapters from characters in spinoff stories (fingers crossed we will hear from Damien again). I cannot wait to see what is next for Laney and Nessa.

“Push this pretty ass up for me. Show me how much you want Daddy to punish you.”

ARC Review: This is the final book in the Brutal Boys of the Mafie trilogy and it was perfection. This one picks back up from where book 2 ends where Evie has been captured and is undergoing intense torture and brainwashing to restart her focus on the original mission, to seek revenge and kill her parents’ murderer. I’ll keep my review brief as there are a ton of twists and turns in this series and if you haven’t yet read books 1 & 2, I don’t want to spoil anything that you find out during those first books.

“They would wage wars to bring me happiness, I will win this battle for them. No matter how long it takes.”

Rating: 5/5
Steam/Spice: 4.5/5
Tropes:
- dark romance
- mafia
- secret society
- hidden truths
- revenge
- why choose / MMFM / MMF
- multiple POV

“I don’t think queens have to say please. No queen should beg.”

“You are such a perfect f-ck toy. Daddy loves to see you take my d-ck like this. Your throat swells so good for me.”

Final thoughts: Wow - where do I start? The spice? The story plot? The conclusion to one of my favorite series I started in 2023? As bittersweet as it is for this main story line to come to an end (the side characters will have their stories - yay), it was a perfect final book in the series. I was in my feels and emotions and the growth with some of the characters was just incredible. If you like Mafia / Secret Society, plot and a lot of really hot scenes (MMF/MMFM/MM), then you need to start this series now!

I cannot even begin to explain the extent of the emotional rollercoaster that was Mafie Queen. I’m not sure I’ve read a series where I’ve had a book hangover from EVERY BOOK IN THE SERIES but now that the main series is over, I’m not sure how I’ll recover!

It’s so hard to write this review without spoilers, we see lots of torture and trauma in this book along with trauma bonding and healing. You’ll see lines that make you cry from laughing then scenes that will break your heart. When I say I cried one second and cracked up the next I am in no way exaggerating. My heart was beyond full with all these characters and their bonds and this book just brings everyone even closer. The action was perfectly crafted, the twists and turns and secrets had my head spinning and seriously there were a few scenes where my anger could not be contained but T.R Oldin made up for it in the end 😏.

THE. 👏🏻 S P I C E 🫠.
I am eternally unwell with all this spice but my mouth physically dropped and I let out a literal squeal at the spicy scene in chapter 49. Also, every scene with daddy lex ☠️ all of these scenes are rent free in my head forever!

All in all, this is one of my favorite series, this author has an unmatched way of giving you all the plot, all the emotions, and all the spice and making a 500 page book feel like it passes in no time because you can’t stop reading. If you haven’t read the Brutal Boys of the Mafie series yet, you need to jump into the first two immediately so you can binge the amazing conclusion asap, You won’t regret it!

I have no words for the final installment in the trilogy that is Mafie. Watching Tay put her heart and soul into this book for her readers but also for her characters was so awe inspiring.

Book 3 picks up with Evie believing the guys are dead. Because they showed her, they must be, right? With her ability to be tortured starting to wane, she finds an inner determination to fight for vengeance for her parents and the men she loved.

Her Dark Knight, her Ghost, her Sunshine, the men that feed each little part of her soul so she doesn't have to feel so alone. The men who pushed her to be better, who helped her to heal. When she realizes she has an inside ally, before she knows it she's escaping down a mountain with the men at her feet. But she's been trained to shoot at the sight of them, so can they survive? Or will she have to live with the fact that she was the end of them all.

Honestly, the research that goes into the Mental Health aspect of these books, the trauma healing, the panic attacks, the need to be better is unreal. And in the final showdown will he live to regret the day he gave her the name Little Warrior. The final battle is an immense cultivation of every thought, feeling and emotion they never knew they could expel from their beings. Will this found family get its happy ever after? Or will they lose even more than they've lost already?

While the first two books were super good, the relationship build up was super disappointing at the end. Felt like at the last chapters everything switched from Evie to Lev. Damien in the whole book was in intolerable. Lex was fine till his “bi awakening” which was not necessary especially when things like “ I can’t do this with her but I can do this with him” 🥲 It was mentioned non stop in the books how she is so important to them, but really didn’t feel like it at all. Even when she was tortured for a month, the guys literally were just “mess”, while they were keeping up pretty fine for people that would do anything for her. They didn’t even find her themselves ffs lol 😂

Also, was expecting up to a point the 4 of them to have a whole conversation about Evie’s past that never happened. She never told them directly about it and it was just… eh. The general plot was good, but things were missing - grovelling was non existent in the books. Everything was solved always with s*x and some bare minimum conversation.

In a point it was said that they don’t deserve her and I highly agree. 👑

Holy moly this book was a wild ride. I love these characters so freaking much. I fell in love with T.R. Inspo videos for Mafie and haven’t looked back. This is one of my favorite worlds of all time and TR knows I wasn’t ready to let it go. I love everything about these characters.

This conclusion was absolute perfection in every way. Evie and her men have been through so much together. They have fought so hard for their relationship, their found family and their cause. I don’t want to give anything away as to what happens in this book. So what I will say is I gasp, teared up, Screamed, yelled at T.R. A few times, fanned myself from some insane spicy scenes and experienced pure and utter joy. I love these characters, I love this world and these books hold a special place in my heart.

I was literally as sad as I was reading the last chapters knowing this story was wrapping up but I am so excited knowing there is more coming in this world. I love everything about this book!!

Spice, revenge, pain, sacrifice and the purest love between four people, what more could you ask for in a mafia romance?
This series was absolutely jaw dropping, she keeps you on your toes every single page and even when you hit the end and you think she wrapped it up in a nice bow for you, BOOM cliffhanger! Incredible!
You can tell how much dedication and research she puts into her book and it is truly awing.

I almost threw my kindle so many times, T.R. Oldin you did me so dirty! I’m so sad that their story is over but, she did end it beautifully, will the story end in tragedy or will they get their happily ever after? You won’t know until the very last page, she loves to edge her readers all the way to the end.

Be fair warned this book is a wild ride, you will sob and want to punch a wall all at the same time. Did I mention you also will need at least new pairs of panties?🥵🫠
I will be recommending this book to everyone I encounter! I promise you will not be disappointed.

MFM
MMFM
Edging
Spit Play
Bondage
Marking
Betrayal
Revenge

Trigger Warnings (included but not limited to):
Murder
Mentions of rape
CNC
Childhood trauma
Reflected-on child abuse
Lots of past trauma
Emotional manipulation
Self-harm

T.R really has out done herself. Never really wanted this story to end but I know it needed to.

From the traumas to the self growth to the god damn spice, this was the perfect book to wrap up the world that is Evie (Princess), Alexi (Daddy Lex/Batman), Lev (Ghost) and Damien (Sunshine).

Did I want this series to end? NOT ONE BIT but it was done so perfectly I can’t complain. Hands down one of the best wrap ups I’ve read. Now am I ready for Laney, Havoc, Arrow and even Nessa and Boris?1000%

I’m just in awww from this world and I cannot wait for more.

Omg, just omg. My last read and review of 2023 and it definitely did not disappoint. I have loved this series since I got it for the cover. Not even lieing I bought the book for the cover, finally read it and loved it. Evie and her guys go thru hel and back thru the whole series but this book for me highlighted everything. The struggles, mental health, trama, and closer. And not just for the mc's but Laney, arrow and havoc too!! I teared up more times then I care to admit for evie and her guys. But they finally got the ending they deserve and Tay did this ending justice, not that I had any dought that she wouldn't deliver the best. This is a true mafia romance that will forever live rent free in my head!!!

You know those books you read that really suck you in, they enrapture you with imagery and have characters that nestle into a little place within you that leave them living in your mind rent free forever. That is what this trilogy has become to me, there will be twists and turns that will leave you wanting more and on the edge of your seat with the suspense, but also the love and affection these four main characters have for each other will sometimes leave you breathless. There is a spice in this entire trilogy that every single book will have you blushing while your thighs clench with the hot scenes that play out.

Mafie Queen, was bittersweet, to say I am sad to see this come to an end is an understatement. There are twists, turns, suspense, bloodshed and emotion that makes you never want to stop reading. I loved how Evie's men would go to the end of the world to ensure her safety. Evie is strong and has endured so much, only to keep getting back up and swinging at her enemies. While the villains are lurking waiting to make their move, it is only a matter of time before some of the pieces fall, but rather who or what will it be that ends up meeting their demise.

Get ready for a wild ride, please read trigger warnings first and read responsibly. I highly recommend that you start with book one Mafie Kings and don't stop till you have engrossed yourself in the goodness that is this trilogy.

The ending of all, Evie truly is the Queen

5⭐️ 5🌶️

Tears, lots of MF tears. Gasps. Shock. A lot of torture. I swear Evie is the toughest ever for what she goes through.
Her boys contiune to grow, and omg the communication A-f**king-MEN for good communication, from their emotions to their sexual desires/limits, they actually TALK to each other…. And then they also do a LOT more then that, all the time, in so many amazing new positions, one handed read is the best way to describe how it is.
But also the damn tears, I swear my heart was so torn quite a number of times.

TW - being the 3rd book, you would know the main triggers, but it is a lot at one stage. I promise there’s a nice finale though

This series must be read in order to understand everything. Ok now that that is out of the way I must say I loved this series so much. I really loved seeing evie and her men help each other through their struggles and boy they have some. This is found family, touch him/her you die, revenge, and more. While I’m sad to see them go I’m excited for what comes next.

Favorite quotes:

Peace isn’t staying still, it's being so full of life all you can do is chase the next breath in hopes for more of it.

I have heard it is unwise to piss off women who have an army of trained assassins at her back.

Family isn’t who you share blood with. Family are the ones you’re willing to spill blood for

SPICY, suspense, heartbreak, thrill

This series has been amazing from start to finish. Definitely read these books in order, and don't forget the novella!

This book had me experiencing every emotion as I followed Evie's story from being completely broken to the queen of it all. Her resilience, strength, and determination are truly inspiring.

Alexi, Lev, and Damien will have you melting at their feet. Evie's dark knight, ghost, and sunshine are everything you could want and then some.

This story is DARK, so I recommend checking the trigger warnings.

Wow!! Just Wow!!! Let me start by saying I love when a book makes me hesitant to start it because you just know that by the time you finish you’re going to be an emotional mess. And T.R. you did that. Evie, Alexie, Damian and Lev will have their claws in you. This book will have you trying to decide whether you want to throw your kindle or grab your emotional support blanket. But trust me if you haven’t already started this series what are you doing! Even though you will be a sobbing mess this series is worth reading. Fantastic job!
