Buckle up for the final pulse-pounding chapter of Never and Hook’s story...
I thought once Hook and I had taken care of Petra and her shadow, learning how to use my new power and finding a way to check on my brother back in the human realm would be my biggest worries.
I was wrong.
The storms are getting worse, putting both our worlds and everyone in them in danger. My powers are manifesting in unpredictable ways. And it turns out Hook has been secretly shielding me from the fates who want to drag me back to the Alius.
The demon realm.
They can call it whatever they want. Where I’m from, we call it hell.
They claim I can end the chaos by turning myself over to them… but my gut is telling me someone else is creating this nightmare.
I need to get back to the human realm to stop whoever is tearing our worlds apart, and I need to do it before my own unstable magic destroys us all.

Another Damned Storm is a dark, action-packed fantasy romance. It is Book 3 of the Another Damned series. The books in this series should be read in order. Intended for adult (18+) readers only.
Myka loves writing romantic fantasy about tortured characters with big hearts buried under their damage. She’s also awkward AF in real life.
She lives in the Rocky Mountains with her lumberjack-looking husband and their rowdy rescue dogs, loves quoting movies from the 80s and 90s, and she’s a total sucker for the rough-around-the-edges type.
When she isn’t tormenting her characters or dreaming up gut-wrenching plot twists, you can usually find her doing just about anything that gives her a reason to ignore her phone.

Never and Atlas are PERFECTION!! They are a couple and team work. Never is still sassy and stubborn, which I love so much. Atlas is still broody, but I love it. This book was the perfect ending to not only what was started in book 1 with Petra but to Never and Atlas' story. I cried all the tears, said wtf one too many times, and did throw my phone across the room. All in under 300 pages! I adored this series, and I can't wait to see what else this author will come up with.
I loved how it tied up all the loose ends from the previous two books - however why was Lily not allowed to return back to Nassa. Such a shame, I think having them all back on Nassa would’ve been slightly too much of a fairytale ending I suppose.
I loved how the story continued in this book. Hook and Never’s Love triumphed throughout the whole thing. Love really does conquer all.
Great series, I actually wish there was just one or two more chapters from Hook’s POV. But alas the story ended a slightly bit too early but it was a good series.
My only question is did the gods punish their own, did Petra stay confined? Like Hook in his chapters in that year never went to check on her.
Crifton was an anomaly and we didn’t really get much more from him, who he was, where he was, he was obviously hiding things but it never got answered or referred back to, though I like the link to his hair and “Hook” the film that features Robin Williams.
I loved Hooks and Never’s story, I do just wish we had gotten perhaps a few more chapters to close up those last few fraying threads.
What a roller coaster ride! The way this series wraps up was so much more than I had expected. Devious gods (and demons), an apocalyptic human realm, more intrigue than most spy-novels… my head was spinning. But in a good way, I promise.
Returning to Matt & Lilly in the human realm was bittersweet. Seeing how the machinations & turmoil of events in our realm had changed their lives & relationship was heart wrenching. I want to know more about Lilly & the hinted-at affection she held for the mysteriously absent member of the Brethren, Thelonious. And then there’s the matter of a certain fledgling witch who is about to come into her powers. (Maybe next series?)
I appreciate how this trilogy closed out, giving us Never & Atlas/Hook’s happy ending. But I know my journey through these worlds isn’t over… Ms Bound promises to let us return with her next series. I can’t wait. Or, as Never might say, “Bring it on. Show me what you’ve got.” I’ll be waiting.
I will love you for a thousand years… On Doctor Who, Rory was trapped in the past as a Roman soldier for a thousand years, waiting to return to the love of his life Amy Pond. That’s what went through my mind reading about Never as she faced 1,000 years of separation from Hook/Atlas trapped in the demon world of Alius. In both stories, it’s the power of love that sustains Rory and Never during their millennium separation from their true loves. And when at last, they are reunited with their fated mates, it feels so good. I might have (definitely) cried…
I absolutely loved this series! My heart if full after the ending 💕💕
The twists and turns kept me trying to figure out how Never and Alta’s were going to get their happily ever after. And it was perfect!
There is still room for the author to write stories for our other characters who have our hearts. Like Leo, who only wants his fated mate but hasn’t found her, yet. Lily, who has built her pack in the human realm. It broke my heart that Matt lost his love. And what might Angie face as she grows up?
This is one thrilling trilogy! It has all the adventures, all the excitement, all the snark, and all the heat! 🔥😍👍 Never and Atlas are one formidable team. The story grabs you and keeps you guessing right up to the final challenge. Yes, there are some tears along the way; along with a few of those "WTF" moments, but problems get resolved. Want that HEA? Yep! Got that too! You won't regret this read! (IMO, it can't be an audio book soon enough😉 hint hint)
All three books were amazingly written and the story and details were great. This is one of the best Peter pan reimagined/retellings I've ever read. The twists and turns keep you wanting more. Hook and nevers story is beautifully written and makes you fall in love with the pirate just like never. Highly recommend.
Wish their happily ever after was a bit more. Overall it all tied together nicely. The big battle scenes, helping her brother, Lily and her niece. There wasn’t as much with Leo but that’s ok, maybe there will be a spin off for him. And possibly for Lily too. And for Rue, I would really like to know more of her story.
This ending was everything I could have hoped for. The love story between Hook and Never was beautiful and everything they fight for to be together was incredible. This last book was so action packed and nonstop from page 1. With everything that was being thrown in there I was so worried there wouldn’t be enough time to end the book well but it exceeded my expectations. I’m so upset the series is over!
Absolutely loved this entire series and I have to say that they got a great ending! Not that I’m happy the story is over but I cannot say that I am mad about how it ended! This was absolutely one of my absolute favorite series I have read lately!
I absolutely love Hook and Never together. And their characters are amazing separately, too! This final installment of their story answers questions, gives us drama and tension, and is sprinkled with delicious spice. Loved every bit of this reimagined journey!
I absolutely loved this book - the first book definitely drew you in but then you stayed and craved more as each book carried you on. Never and Atlas continue their adventures facing each challenge together. Definitely some why moments but at the end it all came together.
Oh my god this series was AMAZING!!!!! So we'll written, I always love a re-imagined telling of Peter Pan and this was utterly superb. Finished all three books in less than a week. Could NOT put them down.
Overall I really enjoyed the arcs of both Never and Atlas. This book had twists and turns that kept me on my toes. This was a great series with a fresh spin on Peter Pan - lots of spice. Satisfying series ending!
After Another Damned Pirate I was really excited for this one. Unfortunately this book ended up being super slow for the first 60%. I felt like I had to trudge through in order to get to some decent struggles. The end was worth it, but it probably could have been finished in a novella.
Really loved this “darling” series and where the author took the adventure out of the classic Peter Pan with something a little grittier, without it being a constant pain the in ass the entire time. Loved the growth of the characters, ups and downs, and quite happy with that ending
Finished this whole series in a day because I just couldn’t put these books down!! They are wonderfully written and the magic just jumps off the pages!
Book 3 in Another Damned Series, and I was not ready!! Myka gives us more Atlas and Never and I'm so here for it! This one was tugging at my heart strings and had me at the edge of my seat with these battle scenes. Another damned good book!!
