Most of the books I looked at about journaling were not very useful. This one eliminates all the rubbish and gets straight down to business. If you just want to start journaling this book gives you context and prompt for doing that every day.

Ok

I enjoyed the quotes for the most part. The journal prompts tended to be either vague or overly specific. Just my opinion
