Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house vengeance was stirring, against a sister and a wayward spouse.
The shrimps were hidden under the floorboard with care, in the hopes that Krampus would not soon be there.
With branches and chains he punishes the deceitful and haughty, and Daphne has been terribly naughty.

Can Daphne girlboss her way out of her punishment, or will the dark shadow of Old St. Nick have his wicked way with her? Probably both.

How did she know I wanted a short, hot book filled with petty vengeance, monster sex and bff shenanigans? Did Santa forward her my Christmas list?
If you want a silly, smut filled bit of fun -everything we’ve come to love about this author- check this out. It is on KU, stands alone but also has a fun cameo from Daisy and Kain (Two Scoops of Hellfire).

And don’t worry, this Krampus isn’t the traumatizing kind.

3.5 give-me-more stars

This was so short 😭 I wanted more, but it’s probably because it’s Kimberly Lemming and I luuurve her writing 😭.

Daphne’s ex has been sleeping with her twin sister. She decides to break into her Nana’s house, that should rightfully be hers, but her devious sister somehow tricked their Nana into bequeathing her instead of Daphne like she was supposed to. So she does what any normal thinking human would do…

She breaks into her Nana’s house and plants/buries shrimp all over the house 🤣. (I mean. Her sister stole her boyfriend and the house that’s supposed to be hers 🤷🏻‍♀️ seems fair to me 🤣💅)

Except that Krampus has arrived, and he’s putting Daphne’s on the naughty list 😅. Once Daphne’s explains her circumstances and why she’s breaking and entering, he takes her off of it, and they do some devious things 🤣, including showing her a good time👀.

But now Daphne wants more.

Guess she’ll have to put herself on the Naughty List again 💅🤷🏻‍♀️

What I liked/loved: POSSIBLE SPOILERS
—MINTY EVERYTHING 🥵 seriously? EVERY💦THING💦. A girl could get used to this 🤣

—the 🔥. I mean. Duh 🤷🏻‍♀️ and with that multiple pierced tongue that turns into a corkscrew? 🫠 ufff I’m done

—not the mention the candy cane D 😉

—I laughed/giggled so many times 🤣 “life of crime” 😭🤣🤣 and “too pretty for prison” 💀

—seeing Daisy and Kain from Two Scoops of Hellfire , especially Daisy being her ride-or-die when it came to her criminal activity 💀

—how commanding Krampus is
****side note**** I pictured him differently 🤣

What I wanted more of: SPOILERS
—sexual history info. I wish we had more on this. Does Krampus do this often? I wanna know 😑

—length 😑 I needed more

—a better ending 😭. It just ends 😭

—are they in a relationship? 😭 I don’t even know

Overall, this was a fun, fast, smuuuutty read 😉

Non avendo ottenuto giustizia, Daphne è decisa a vendicarsi dei torti subiti e a riempire la casa di gamberi: spera così che l’odore che faranno quando andranno a male, spingerà Charlotte a lasciare la casa.

I am NOT into Daddy dom stuff. And why does every monster story today include it!?

This sex scene is totally turning me off. He just bit his claws off so he could touch her. He needs to file them down before they go near her. Sounds dangerous. Nope. Nope. Nope.

Also, I hate when there's an evil sister (in this case an evil twin). I'm glad my sister is great and I won't believe in such grossness.

Need a fast pick me up this is it. Daphne wants some revenge against her sister, who stole her ex. And her house she was more sad about her house being taken. So she breaks in and tries to get revenge when she's caught by Krampus, who had a list of all her wrongdoings. But when she pleeds to him why and why not her sister who's the evil one.

Like Krampus, he listens and asks around to see if it lines up. And what revenge it is. That's not all they sleep together, and he ghosts her, making her try to end up on the naught list to get him back.
Lol won't tell you how she tries. But it's funny

Started off fine and was really excited to read something new from Kimberly. But that second spice scene really put me off of the whole book.

She sees him doing something weird with his tongue, asks him stop, but he continues and forces himself into her. And she describes "gagging and coughing the whole time". Then she tries to ask about his peen but doesn't even get the question out before he shoves that into her. And it came off to me as "I don't like this but I made it work and got him off so it's ok".

I'm not into that and was really disappointed to read this in a book from an author that I really love and that has written amazing spice scenes in her other books. I know Krampus is supposed to be more of a darker character but do we really need to have him forcing himself into someone and then at the end of the book bringing her coffee and being all sweet to her? Not my cup of tea....

This was amazing! I was snort laughing at Daphne and Daisy’s antics. Also, Daphne wanting to jump his bones even when she thought he was in a costume? Relatable AF. There was some plot, revolving around revenge, but mostly it was over the top hilarity with some smut; exactly what the doc ordered.

We were given an incredible gift this holiday season which was a free novella from Kimberly Lemming!

Daphne is having the worst christmas ever. After her grandmother dies, her sister takes control over the house that should've been hers and also steals her fiancé. On christmas night, she skips the family dinner and plans to pull a little b&e prank on the happy couple. This leads to her being put on the naughty list and Krampus to appear...

I liked that in typical Lemming fashion, this
book is funny and spicy! I really liked Daphne's character and found the hijinks to be excellent. I love that this Krampus was allowed to be as magical, sexy and ridiculous.
