This book is great to get your principals straight. It empowers the reader with practical and scriptural context to motivate change. It took me longer than 21 days because I needed time to fully digest each concept. I didn't want to be on promos time (clock ⏰) to finish tho say I've read it. I chose kiaros (God's timing), so I could search myself for my truth. I highly recommend this book. It helps more than eating habits! Great 🔧 tool I intend to use again!
