Rate this book
Trust me, I know how difficult it is to lose weight and maintain that loss. WAY hard! It’s a battle that I go through every day of my life, probably just like you do.

I put down the top tips that have helped me lose over 100 pounds the last 17+ years and allowed me to maintain that weight loss. These are the tips that I really believe have helped me to stay the course with my health goals in my life.

Losing over 100 pounds and maintaining a healthy weight has not been something that came very easily. I had to work (and I mean WORK) for each and every ounce that I lost. I still struggle to this day with making the right choices in food selection, exercising regularly, and just committing every day to a healthy lifestyle.

But, I am here to show you that it absolutely can be done. You can decide you want change in your life and put that change in motion. No matter what age you are, what your circumstances are, or how much weight you have to lose, you can do this – one pound at a time. I know it’s hard. At 360 pounds, I could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. But, I turned my life around and you can too!
